This is our third blend from the Turpial family, we started with a Brazil, Peru, Kenya, now Kenya has been replaced by Rwanda. The blend available today has a very particular Brazil processed with the Natural Cold Soul technique which allows the sweet notes of arabica coffee that grows at low altitudes to be enhanced.

Green tea, known for its antioxidant properties, is the most widespread and appreciated drink in the East. Thanks to its processing, it maintains a high percentage of polyphenols. Green tea leaves retain their natural green color because they are not subjected to any process that alters their chemical properties. Freshly harvested leaves are treated with heat which inhibits the enzymes responsible for oxidation. This stabilization can be done dry – in special concave pan-like containers – by air or by steam. The subsequent steps are very different depending on the product you want to obtain. Afterwards, the leaves are dried and ready for packaging. You can choose between Kukicha, Zagara and Green Lychee

The coffee cultivated by Carlos on his plantation in Honduras has a quite rich aromatic and taste profile. Thanks to 48 hours of natural fermentation, with this coffee we can enjoy both the sweet notes of milk chocolate and caramel as well as the fruitier ones of orange and green apple. An explosive mix that remains always balanced with a medium acidity.
