The coffee cultivated by Carlos on his plantation in Honduras has a quite rich aromatic and taste profile. Thanks to 48 hours of natural fermentation, with this coffee we can enjoy both the sweet notes of milk chocolate and caramel as well as the fruitier ones of orange and green apple. An explosive mix that remains always balanced with a medium acidity.
