The EcoMaster ZWG has a reliable, multistage intermediate gearbox with additional overdrive function. This makes it possible to minimise fuel consumption at any time by working at a low engine speed. This means that the right machine size is always available for every application. In the additionally available overdrive, the machine's engine is in the optimum consumption range with maximum output at the same time. This offers the full litre output with a comparably low fuel consumption. Noise emission is considerably reduced by the speed reduction. The shifting process is conveniently controlled via a display and takes place loadfree during operation.

The calibrated humidity module with integrated NTC temperature sensor is a high runner among the B+B sensor transducers. The signal of the humidity sensor is transformed into a voltage output, whereas the NTC signal is analogue.

Mechatronic integrated devices or molded interconnect devices (injection-molded circuit carriers) are spatial electronic assemblies – so-called 3D-MID. A special process is used to apply metallic conductor tracks to a specific substrate material (often plastic), thus creating three-dimensional assemblies that also serve as circuit carriers. These spatial electronic assemblies are manufactured using 3D-MID technology and, compared to conventional assemblies, enable the integration of electronic, mechanical, fluidic, optical and thermal functions. BORSIG has been manufacturing centrifugal compressors for process gases for almost 60 years. The BORSIG centrifugal compressor series comprises multistage integrally geared centrifugal compressors with up to 8 stages, with steam turbine, gas turbine or electric motor as driver with all auxiliary equipment (turnkey solutions) according to customer’s requirements. The compressors comply with the corresponding API design standards such as API 617 (chapter 3) and 672 (4th edition). The oil system is designed according to API 614 or manufacturer's standard. The development is based on the latest research results in fluid mechanics as well as in gear and bearing design.

In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.

Inductive displacement sensors using the principle of the differential transformer (LVDT) can be used to measure displacement and, indirectly, magnitudes that can be converted into displacements such as force, pressure, strain, torque, vibration and so forth. Thanks to the high quality of their measurements, their high protection and long service life, these sensors are used in many technologies (industry, research, development, etc.). Applications include measuring, controlling, regulating and monitoring both slow and fast movements between machine parts, measurements of position and positional changes of components and structural foundations, servo regulators, valve and robot controllers, growth measurements and so on. Their design is robust - the internal coils and electronics are potted - as a result of which the sensors can easily withstand shock and vibration.

With our TP/TN-Analyzer the total phosphorus or total nitrogen content of homogenised water samples can be measured without time-consuming sample preparation. Franke linear modules type FTD are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. They are extremely compact and combine the guide system and toothed belt drive within the housing.
