The calibrated humidity module with integrated NTC temperature sensor is a high runner among the B+B sensor transducers. The signal of the humidity sensor is transformed into a voltage output, whereas the NTC signal is analogue.

For this innovative product the PC can become an efficient temperature measuring system. The USB-interface is integrated in the handle, as a result the probe has compact dimensions and the measuring probe can be operated directly on the PC.

Inductive displacement sensors using the principle of the differential transformer (LVDT) can be used to measure displacement and, indirectly, magnitudes that can be converted into displacements such as force, pressure, strain, torque, vibration and so forth. Thanks to the high quality of their measurements, their high protection and long service life, these sensors are used in many technologies (industry, research, development, etc.). Applications include measuring, controlling, regulating and monitoring both slow and fast movements between machine parts, measurements of position and positional changes of components and structural foundations, servo regulators, valve and robot controllers, growth measurements and so on. Their design is robust - the internal coils and electronics are potted - as a result of which the sensors can easily withstand shock and vibration.

Franke linear modules type FTD are light, compact and ready-to-install positioning units. They are extremely compact and combine the guide system and toothed belt drive within the housing. Franke FTD linear modules can be used universally. They are suitable for long stroke lengths of up to 7 meters.

Cylinder series with dimensions based on ISO 15552 with an integrated position measuring system based on magnetostriction. The position sensor allows a high degree of accuracy in measuring the cylinder position. Analogue output signal 0-10 V via M 12 connector.

The highest accuracy class “Ultra-Precision plus” impresses with an accuracy of 0.0005 mm, thus 0.5 µm. Due to the fact that the control unit of the Föhrenbach slides is compatible with the interfaces of almost all measuring systems, this extraordinary repeatability does not depend on a particular system or a specific provider. Föhrenbach profiled guide slides with integrated linear motor are available in the series PFL (with bellows covers) and PCL (with sheet metal covers). For both series three sizes are available. The pressure transmitter illustrated here measures differences in pressure between the two connections of the measuring element. Pressure differences can be measured with respect to a reference pressure, such as atmosphere, or to the command variable of a regulation system. Equally, however, it is possible to measure pressure differences within systems that have a high static pressure. One practical example of this would be measuring a flow rate by determining the pressure drop occurring across a metering diaphragm. The differential pressure transmitter measures in both directions and can therefore, for instance, be used on double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Its construction permits it to be used with liquid or gaseous media. Venting holes simplify installation. The robust design and the use of stainless steel make it possible to use the pressure transmitter under tough operating conditions.

Due to the integrated measuring input, the use of a Fieldbus controller module is sufficient for single-channel applications. For multi-channel applications, the system can be expanded to up to 9 measuring channels. Up to 8 bus-compatible model 9250 instrumentation amplifiers can be cascaded on the model 9251 Fieldbus controller.

The MAGDOS LK is an important tool for the reliable and precise dosing of liquids in process sequences. With its availability in seven different performance ranges, it can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. Double ball valves ensure exact dosing and guarantee precise and consistent results. The MEMDOS LB solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump is the ideal solution for applications where the pump needs to be integrated into control systems or control loops. Thanks to its robust plunger drive and the option of manual or automatic capacity adjustment, the MEMDOS LB reliably and precisely doses various media such as acids, alkalis, precipitants and flocculants. The dosing capacity is adjusted either by mechanically adjusting the stroke length or by controlling the speed of the three-phase motor via a separate frequency converter. This flexibility enables precise control of the flow rate to meet different requirements. On request, the MEMDOS LB is also available with a double diaphragm system, which offers additional safety and reliability. This combination of versatile control and robust design makes the MEMDOS LB the ideal choice for demanding dosing tasks.

The GEMÜ 650TL diaphragm valve is a manual tapping valve with automatic closing function which is pneumatically operated. The "keep-closed" override of manual operation is via a stainless steel handwheel. The valve can only be operated (opened / closed), if a control medium is applied to the actuator. The GEMÜ 4242 combi switchbox is suitable for mounting to pneumatically operated linear actuators. It utilises a microprocessor controlled, intelligent position sensor and an analogue travel sensor system. The combi switchbox was specially designed for small to medium nominal sizes and strokes ranging from 2 to 30 mm. The GEMÜ 566 2/2-way globe control valve has a body with an integrated control mechanism which can be controlled by various operator types. In addition to a pneumatic version, manual and motorized versions are also available. Thanks to the intelligent combination of DC fans with a fully integrated AC/DC converter, AC fans can now be operated at speeds that are independent of the power frequency. Up to 4500 rpm can be realized and the flow rate significantly increased if required. The EC generation in the dimensions 80mm to 280mm and with several different speeds replaces the previous AC fans in situtations where there is no DC voltage available and requires less power in the process. The previous AC fans can be replaced without restriction as the EC fans have identical dimensions and thickness. The versions that are smaller than 180mm have a wide-range input and can be connected without problem, worldwide to all AC voltage networks without need for further adaptation. This is underlined by the UL approval of the entire fan series.

TAMETO – this laterally mounted luminaire produces completely shadow-free lighting or an intended shadow effect, as desired. This can, for example, make fine surface irregularities visible.
