These are made by aluminium, used for the mechanical support and connection, after process then doing sandblasting + natural oxidation.

Our product portfolio guarantees maximum flexibility for temperature measurement. The temperature sensors of the TS series offer tailor-made solutions by simple programming, flexible process connections and displays. The TTM/TTMS series includes a number of compact sensors - optionally with integrated probe or with M12 connector for separate probes. The T-Gage infrared sensors contactlessly measure temperatures from 0 to 300 °C. The TP-series includes temperature probes in various lengths and diameters.

Our fully automated winding centres for fine and self-bonding wire make us the perfect partner for any tasks you require. Our coils are tinned with lead-free coatings (RoHS). We can wind onto any desired coil form using many different press-in ferrite and metallic cores. Multiple tap coils are also possible. Pins are automatically applied to the coil connections during the winding process, with wire drawing electrically controlled. Our winding machines handle single-chamber and multi-chamber coils with wire thicknesses from 0.045 to 0.71 millimetres.

The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. The customer must only provide the process connection and the electrical connection.

Compact valve manifolds with low piping effort, reduced maintenance time and minimize investment costs. A connection system well known from the field of hydraulics and adapted to the respective application, allows for the intelligent combination of several valves in a customerspecific manifold. All necessary connections between the individual process valves are integrated in the manifold.

A clamping ring machine is a system for the automatic production of clamping rings. Schmale Maschinenbau Gmbh is one of the leading manufacturers of clamping ring machines in Europe. On our clamping ring machines, the strip material is profiled, bent and cut. Automatically closures are supplied and welded. The finished clamping ring is calibrated and stored. Via a servo-electric transfer, all processing stations are connected to each other and operated simultaneously. Thus, cycle rates of up to 28 clamping rings per minute can be realized.

Avola building site table saw ZBV 500 S with height and tilt adjustment and safety guard. The new ZBV 500-S is a height and tilt adjustable building site circular saw with a 500 mm saw blade. The ZBV 500-S also enables bevel cuts with a high cutting height on the construction site. Above all, the increasingly used insulating material can be optimally processed in connection with the AVOLA special circular saw blade HM / A / PH (see above).

The DCT 533P is suitable for food / beverage and pharmaceutical industry as well as, for applications where a totally flush pressure port is required. The pressure transmitter DMK 351P has been designed for measuring small system pressure in the food industry and chemical industry. The differential pressure transmitter DPT 100 has been especially designed for fast test processes in leakage and flow measurement, where a fast response time and high sampling rate are necessary. The compact design of the DPT 100 facilitates the use in standardised applications, e. g., and the installation in 19“ Rack. The DPT 100 with optionally RS485 interface uses the communication protocol Modbus RTU which has found the way in industrial communication as an open protocol. Sensor with extension tube for screw-in The OPTITEMP TRA/TCA-S12 is a temperature assembly for screw-in. It is predominantly used in the lower temperature range (up to +150°C / +302°F). When it features a neck tube, spatially separating the process connection from the  connection head, the connection head cannot heat up as much. Radar (FMCW) level transmitter for liquids with hygienic requirements The OPTIWAVE 3500 is a 2-wire 80 GHz radar (FMCW) level transmitter for liquids in hygienic applications. It is designed for continuous, non-contact level measurement in the food and beverage as well as pharmaceutical industry. The device features a flush-mounted PEEK Lens antenna with a small beam angle and dead zone for precise measurement even in small and narrow tanks with agitators. It is equally suited for use on larger tanks up to measuring distances of 50 m / 164 ft. As the radar withstands process temperatures up to +150°C \ +302°F and pressures up to 25 barg / 362 psig, it can be used in CIP/SIP cleaning procedures. The OPTIWAVE 3500 offers a large choice of hygienic process connections. It comes with extensive device diagnostics as well as HART®7 communication.
