These are made by aluminium, used for the mechanical support and connection, after process then doing sandblasting + natural oxidation.

Our product portfolio guarantees maximum flexibility for temperature measurement. The temperature sensors of the TS series offer tailor-made solutions by simple programming, flexible process connections and displays. The TTM/TTMS series includes a number of compact sensors - optionally with integrated probe or with M12 connector for separate probes. The T-Gage infrared sensors contactlessly measure temperatures from 0 to 300 °C. The TP-series includes temperature probes in various lengths and diameters.

Our fully automated winding centres for fine and self-bonding wire make us the perfect partner for any tasks you require. Our coils are tinned with lead-free coatings (RoHS). We can wind onto any desired coil form using many different press-in ferrite and metallic cores. Multiple tap coils are also possible. Pins are automatically applied to the coil connections during the winding process, with wire drawing electrically controlled. Our winding machines handle single-chamber and multi-chamber coils with wire thicknesses from 0.045 to 0.71 millimetres.

The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. The customer must only provide the process connection and the electrical connection.

Compact valve manifolds with low piping effort, reduced maintenance time and minimize investment costs. A connection system well known from the field of hydraulics and adapted to the respective application, allows for the intelligent combination of several valves in a customerspecific manifold. All necessary connections between the individual process valves are integrated in the manifold.

A clamping ring machine is a system for the automatic production of clamping rings. Schmale Maschinenbau Gmbh is one of the leading manufacturers of clamping ring machines in Europe. On our clamping ring machines, the strip material is profiled, bent and cut. Automatically closures are supplied and welded. The finished clamping ring is calibrated and stored. Via a servo-electric transfer, all processing stations are connected to each other and operated simultaneously. Thus, cycle rates of up to 28 clamping rings per minute can be realized.

Avola building site table saw ZBV 500 S with height and tilt adjustment and safety guard. The new ZBV 500-S is a height and tilt adjustable building site circular saw with a 500 mm saw blade. The ZBV 500-S also enables bevel cuts with a high cutting height on the construction site. The pressure transmitter DCT 553P is used in the food and pharmaceutical industries or in applications where a dead space-free process connection is required. Many piping and instrumentation accessories are necessary to implement the flow measurement of a fluid in a pipe: the shutters to isolate the existing pipe in case of intervention, the flanges to fix the primary elements and to connect to the existing process, flow straighteners or flow conditioners to stabilize the flow before the measurement but also condensation pots for steam measurement and finally manifold, pressure transmitter always mandatory for differential pressure flow measurement.

The HomEvap adiabatic humidifier is designed for domestic mechanical ventilation systems with a maximum airflow 600 m3/h. Filtered water (Legiosafe®) naturally evaporates on a special matrix, and then the humidified air is distributed to the ventilation duct system and to the connected rooms. The humidification process is regulated by a wireless room controller and a duct sensor. Builtin PTC heater compensates for temperature losses caused by the evaporation process. The housing is made of EPP, while the matrix is made of fiber glass.
