Our fully automated winding centres for fine and self-bonding wire make us the perfect partner for any tasks you require. Our coils are tinned with lead-free coatings (RoHS). We can wind onto any desired coil form using many different press-in ferrite and metallic cores. Multiple tap coils are also possible. Pins are automatically applied to the coil connections during the winding process, with wire drawing electrically controlled. Our winding machines handle single-chamber and multi-chamber coils with wire thicknesses from 0.045 to 0.71 millimetres.

Compact valve manifolds with low piping effort, reduced maintenance time and minimize investment costs. A connection system well known from the field of hydraulics and adapted to the respective application, allows for the intelligent combination of several valves in a customerspecific manifold. All necessary connections between the individual process valves are integrated in the manifold.

The DCT 533P is suitable for food / beverage and pharmaceutical industry as well as, for applications where a totally flush pressure port is required. The special design prevents condensation inside the pressure transmitter and thus a failure in applications with large temperature changes. The integrated, standardised IO-Link interface increases productivity and supports the operator in service and maintenance. Properties can be read and qualified via IO-Link, which helps the user to assess the state of system or process. The compact design with hygienic versions guarantees an outstanding performance in terms of accuracy, thermal behaviour and long term stability. The special-developed capacitive ceramic sensor for this transmitter, which can optionally be delivered in pure ceramic, has a high overpressure capability and excellent media stability. The pressure transmitter DMK 351P has been designed for measuring small system pressure in the food industry and chemical industry. The DMK 351P is based on an own-developed capacitive ceramic sensor element. It features high overpressure resistance and high resistance against most of aggressive media. The differential pressure transmitter DPT 100 has been especially designed for fast test processes in leakage and flow measurement, where a fast response time and high sampling rate are necessary. The compact design of the DPT 100 facilitates the use in standardised applications, e. g., and the installation in 19“ Rack. The DPT 100 with optionally RS485 interface uses the communication protocol Modbus RTU which has found the way in industrial communication as an open protocol.
