The temperature sensors of the TS series offer tailor-made solutions by simple programming, flexible process connections and displays. The TTM/TTMS series includes a number of compact sensors - optionally with integrated probe or with M12 connector for separate probes. The T-Gage infrared sensors contactlessly measure temperatures from 0 to 300 °C. The TP-series includes temperature probes in various lengths and diameters.

The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. The customer must only provide the process connection and the electrical connection.

A clamping ring machine is a system for the automatic production of clamping rings. Schmale Maschinenbau Gmbh is one of the leading manufacturers of clamping ring machines in Europe. On our clamping ring machines, the strip material is profiled, bent and cut. Automatically closures are supplied and welded. The finished clamping ring is calibrated and stored. Via a servo-electric transfer, all processing stations are connected to each other and operated simultaneously. Thus, cycle rates of up to 28 clamping rings per minute can be realized.

Avola building site table saw ZBV 500 S with height and tilt adjustment and safety guard. The new ZBV 500-S is a height and tilt adjustable building site circular saw with a 500 mm saw blade. The ZBV 500-S also enables bevel cuts with a high cutting height on the construction site. Sensor with extension tube for screw-in The OPTITEMP TRA/TCA-S12 is a temperature assembly for screw-in. It is predominantly used in the lower temperature range (up to +150°C / +302°F). When it features a neck tube, spatially separating the process connection from the  connection head, the connection head cannot heat up as much. This is particularly important when there is a temperature transmitter in the connection head. Form acc. Radar (FMCW) level transmitter for liquids with hygienic requirements The OPTIWAVE 3500 is a 2-wire 80 GHz radar (FMCW) level transmitter for liquids in hygienic applications. It is designed for continuous, non-contact level measurement in the food and beverage as well as pharmaceutical industry. The device features a flush-mounted PEEK Lens antenna with a small beam angle and dead zone for precise measurement even in small and narrow tanks with agitators. It is equally suited for use on larger tanks up to measuring distances of 50 m / 164 ft. As the radar withstands process temperatures up to +150°C \ +302°F and pressures up to 25 barg / 362 psig, it can be used in CIP/SIP cleaning procedures. The OPTIWAVE 3500 offers a large choice of hygienic process connections. It comes with extensive device diagnostics as well as HART®7 communication.

The OPTISENS ORP 8590 is an ORP sensor for general water and wastewater applications. The sensor type is equipped with a platinum electrode, a large ceramic diaphragm and a temperature sensor (Pt100). It features a robust design with CPVC body material. The sensor is available with an attached cable up to 10 m / 33 ft. It can be installed directly into a pipe or tank with the 3⁄4 NPT (male) process connection. The ORP sensor operates with the MAC 100 or any suitable analytical transmitter.

The DK32/34 is a variable area (VA) flowmeter for measuring low flow rates of liquids and gases. The tried and tested meter is particularly suitable for flow monitoring and dosing in gas analyser systems or on purge panels. Due to its robust all-metal design it can also be used in difficult process conditions with temperatures up to +200°C / +392°F or pressures up to 400 barg / 5800 psig. It is available with a metering valve as standard to accurately set the flow value. The DK32/34 operates without auxiliary power supply. The device just features a local indication with two optional MIN/MAX limit switches (NAMUR) or a reed contact. To provide constant flow rates in case of variable inlet or outlet pressures, the VA meter is also available with flow regulators. It comes with horizontal or vertical process connections for NPT or G thread and many other connection options. The VA meter has various approvals for hazardous areas.

Sensor with flange and extention tube The TRA/TCA-F13 is a flange temperature assembly. The main field of application is in tanks or pipelines and a weld neck flange is used to connect them; the particular advantage to this type of thermometer is that they can be coated (e.g. with PTFE), making them resistant to aggressive media. The DK37 M8 is a variable area (VA) flowmeter with electrical signal output and bargraph indication or mechanical indicator with two optional limit switches. The versatile all-metal measuring device is suitable for flow measurement of gases and liquids. Due to its sturdy design, the VA meter can be used at temperatures up to +200°C / +392°F or pressures up to 220 barg / 3190 psig. It is fitted with a needle valve as standard to accurately set the flow value. The DK37 M8 comes with vertical or horizontal process connections for NPT or G thread, flange adapters and many other connection options. To provide constant flow rates in case of variable inlet or outlet pressures, the VA meter is also available with flow regulators. It has approvals for hazardous areas and is suitable for use in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
