Cabernet Sauvignon is planted in the gravelly part, while Merlot is planted in the clay-limestone section. This allows the grapes to fully express their characteristics. This Bordeaux, certified as Agriculture Raisonnée (Reasoned Agriculture) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (Level 3), has received careful attention from vineyard to winery. The aim in vinification and aging is to achieve a gourmand and light character.
