100% Arabica blend – a specialty blend that balances the fruit and spices of Peru and Rwanda with the sweeter, chocolatier notes of Brazil. A blend studied and created by us to satisfy all palates, even the most demanding ones. The roasting is medium to medium, obtaining an aromatic coffee with the right body for espresso and mocha. It is important to remember that coffee has its own seasonality so depending on availability it will be possible to taste different blends to experiment with. This is our third blend from the Turpial family, we started with a Brazil, Peru, Kenya, now Kenya has been replaced by Rwanda. The blend available today has a very particular Brazil processed with the Natural Cold Soul technique which allows the sweet notes of arabica coffee that grows at low altitudes to be enhanced.

We select only the finest coffee beans from 8 countries to produce a superior coffee, produced in Italy with traditional methods. Throught years of experience in roasting we are producing blends to satisy any palate.

Green tea, known for its antioxidant properties, is the most widespread and appreciated drink in the East. Thanks to its processing, it maintains a high percentage of polyphenols. Green tea leaves retain their natural green color because they are not subjected to any process that alters their chemical properties. Freshly harvested leaves are treated with heat which inhibits the enzymes responsible for oxidation. This stabilization can be done dry – in special concave pan-like containers – by air or by steam. The coffee cultivated by Carlos on his plantation in Honduras has a quite rich aromatic and taste profile. Thanks to 48 hours of natural fermentation, with this coffee we can enjoy both the sweet notes of milk chocolate and caramel as well as the fruitier ones of orange and green apple.
