This 2 channel premium pyrodetector offers an optimal performance for the measurement of carbon compounds (CxHy) through the narrowband infrared filter with a CWL of 3400 ± 20 nm and a HBW of 140 ± 20 nm as well as an additional reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm). The particularly high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W as well as the very high sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W guarantee precise and long-term stable measurement results. The pyroelectric detector allows demanding applications in gas measurement and gas analysis in various industries such as aerospace, medical or industrial process technology. Two detector chips with a ceramic pyroelectric thin film diaphragm form the core of this 2 channel pyroelectric detector. The low microphone effect due to the low membrane mass, the very low temperature dependence and an amplified signal in current modes enhance the measurement signals of the dual IR detector.

The narrow-band filter of the MTS2SENS200 carbon dioxide with a CWL of 4265 ± 25 nm and an HBW of 120 ± 10 nm is optimized for the measurement of carbon dioxide (CO2) with reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm). The detector is characterized by an integrated thermistor for reference temperature determination and an interference absorber. They both ensure that the signal is converted as efficiently as possible from radiant energy to thermal energy. The basis of the IR thermopile MTS2SENS200 carbon dioxide are 2 chips with 200 bismuth-antimony/antimony thermocouples each. Thanks to them and the filling with krypton, the detector convinces with a detectivity of up to 6.27*10^8 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 171 V/W. The signal quality is comparable to pyroelectric detectors. The detector can be used at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C in numerous industrial, aerospace and medical applications: Exhaust gas measurement, breath gas analysis or patient monitoring.

The cost-efficient infrared emitter JSIR340-4 is optimized for NDIR gas analysis and other infrared measurement applications such as DIR spectroscopy, ATR spectroscopy or PAS spectroscopy. The membrane of the cmOS based IR emitter reaches membrane temperatures of up to 800 °C. It provides long-term stable radiation output for industrial applications for control and monitoring of process gases, associated gases at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C. The packaging version in the standard TO housing with cap is suitable for measuring distances up to 2 cm. The MEMS chip used in our IR emitters consists of a multilayer hot plate diaphragm containing a high temperature stable metal C-MOSI layer. The emitter chip has an active area of 2.2 x 2.2 mm2 and is based on a silicon substrate with a back-etched membrane. All thin film processes are performed using standard MEMS processes and cmOS compatible materials. The active C-MOSI resistive layer is protected against aging & environment.

Cost efficient infrared emitter for NDIR gas analysis and other infrared measurement applications. With only 250 mW required input power, the emitter is also suitable for mobile - and handheld devices. The membrane of this cmOS based ire source achieves membrane temperatures up to 800 °C with long term stable radiation power and short time constant. For high volume applications such as building air conditioning, automation and others, the JSIR 340 is suitable due to its excellent price/performance ratio. The packaging with reflector is good for measurement distances from 2 cm. The MEMS emitter chip consists of a multilayer hotplate membrane containing a high temperature stable metal C-MOSI layer. The emitter chip is based on a silicon substrate with a back-etched membrane. All thin film processes are performed with standard MEMS processes and cmOS compatible materials. The active C-MOSI resistor layer is protected against aging and environment.

µdox is a multi-parameter hand-held measuring device that determines relevant measured values for checking the water quality. These include pH, redox, total hardness, acid capacity and dissolved oxygen with a resolution of 1 ppb. The measuring device is particularly easy to use and to display and record data from up to eight measuring points. Fast analysis of oxygen in the µ range with response times of t90 or t99 of approx. 13 s or 30 s. Oxygen, pH and redox can be determined in parallel. The sensor systems have integrated transient monitoring. Languages and units of measurement can be parameterized. The handheld measuring device is particularly suitable for measurements on hot and steam boiler systems, in district heating systems and power plants.
