The new 9250/9251 amplifier generation unites all the features that make modern measurement data acquisition actually possible for the first time. Network-compatible, high-precision, user-friendly, smart and versatile: the combined system of amplifier module and Fieldbus controller can be integrated into any existing setup. The Fieldbus controller delivers all signals exactly where they are needed, to be combined, checked and linked. With the available Fieldbus interfaces, you are flexible, perfectly connected and you save time, costs and other resources when linking to and integrating into existing systems. Due to the integrated measuring input, the use of a Fieldbus controller module is sufficient for single-channel applications. For multi-channel applications, the system can be expanded to up to 9 measuring channels. Up to 8 bus-compatible model 9250 instrumentation amplifiers can be cascaded on the model 9251 Fieldbus controller.

DigiVision offers innovative functions such as practical calibration tools, configurable single-channel or multichannel views for displaying both measurement curves and values, and custom zoom functions. With a choice of trigger functions, every application has a wealth of options for activating data acquisition. Important performance features include automatic device detection, device-parameter backup and archiving of measurement data in Excel or raw data format. In the world of production and quality assurance, coping with an ever increasing variety of software is part of daily life. Operating several different instruments at once is easier if each device can be operated in the same way. All burster indicators and USB sensor interfaces are equipped with the DigiVision PC software. This data-acquisition and configuration software even supports indicator units purchased years ago.

The amplifier 9250 in conjuction with the fieldbus controller 9251 takes signals exactly to the point where they can be combined, monitored and linked efficiently to other data. The fieldbus interfaces give you flexibility, speed and perfect connections, and save you time, money and other resources when integrating your measurement setup with existing systems. Automatic sensor recognition due to burster TEDS lets you play absolutely safe, protecting you from setting incorrect parameters. The broad supply voltage range permits operation on standard power supplies used in switch gear cabinets.

The 8661 precision torque sensor is the ideal choice for reliable measurement of static and dynamic clockwise and counter-clockwise torques. Thanks to its high measurement quality and low linearity error, the sensor is equally at home in quality control or research & development. Designed for non-contact operation and zero-maintenance, the 8661 is also ideally suited to the production environment, whether on shift-based production lines, test benches or end-of-line test systems. The 8661 torque sensor is the specialist device for constant torque measurements during continuous operation and for test-bench measurements of holding, friction, break-away or tightening torques. An optional built-in incremental encoder disk with up to 2000 increments makes the sensor the perfect alternative where space or budget rule out an additional angle or speed sensor. For mobile use and for instant digital access to measurement data, the 8661 torque sensor is also available with a USB interface.

The UVpad is the world‘s thinnest spectral measuring and autonomous UV radiometer. It combines scientific measurement technology with a compact and user-friendly instrument. With its innovative measuring principle, it doesn't use optical filters. UV light is spectrally detected and analyzed in the UVpad. Thus, measurements are traceable to national standards. Since it works without a filter, it is particularly suitable for the measurement and comparison of different lamps. All measurement data are displayed on the device immediately; 50 measurements are stored in the UVpad and can be read via USB. The supplied PC software evaluates the irradiance intensity profiles measured separately for UVA, UVB, UVC, and VIS. Spectrum and measurement data can be exported and saved. Optionally, UV systems can be optimized due to saved operating functions such as, for example, the absorption spectra of photo initiators. Thus, the operation costs can be reduced and the product quality can be ensured.

Within a few minutes, Z+F 3D laser scanners can provide accurate measurement data of crime scenes and accidents – indoors and outdoors. This data speeds up the investigation process by "freezing" the scanned crime scene and documenting it. These evaluations are accepted in court. Accident investigation The phase based 3D laser scanners of Z+F enable an accurate three-dimensional capturing of complete accident scenes with all the details like deformations of the vehicles or skidmarks. Using this technology, the question of the possible causes and sequence of the accidents can be analysed and answered more easily. Crime scene investigation The complete securing of evidence at crime scenes and the geometry measurement on the spot are of great importance. A crime scene is normally captured from various positions by the Z+F IMAGER®. By combining these scans, the viewer gets an overview of the complete scene.

It is mainly used in the fields of reverse engineering, design, quality assurance, digital manufacturing, rapid prototyping, cultural heritage archiving and medical applications. PolyWorks Metrology Suite PolyWorks|Inspector PolyWorks | Inspector reads, processes, and compares three-dimensional measurement data. On the basis of using direct interfaces to laser scanners, high-resolution 3D point clouds can be imported. PolyWorks Inspector provides the ability to analyze the recorded data or compare it with design data. PolyWorks|Modeler The PolyWorks | Modeler package is suitable for creating uniform polygon models and NURBS surfaces from point clouds with high density. The UV photometer FlowMissio is a double-beam photometer with a pressurized water flow-through cell for monitoring the absorption of water at 254 nm. A number of organic impurities, ozone, turbidity, and other substances can be detected using this sensitive short measuring wavelength. The double-beam photometer compensates for lamp aging and thus serves to achieve accurate measuring results. Referencing to an empty cell or a reference liquid is available. The photometer uses an optical path length of 50 mm. Operation of the photometer is menu-controlled with a graphical display. Measuring data are shown on the display. They are also transferred to an analog and a digital interface. Two adjustable alarm thresholds are available for the system controller via relay contacts. The UV photometer requires low maintenance. The lamp should be changed every 2,000 hours and the flow-through cell should be cleaned regularly depending on the water quality.

The process photometer ZPM measures the transmission of optical transparent materials like silica, glass, crystal, or plastics plates. The influence of ambient light is minimized by using a modulation technique. This is of special importance for the measurement of scattering samples. Yoke photometers measure at a fixed wavelength between 254 nm and 980 nm or with selectable wavelengths, for example, red (630 nm), green (520 nm), and blue (470 nm) for ZPM RGB. Our range includes more than 30 wavelengths; thus, the photometer can be optimally adapted to the application. Transmission data are steadily shown on the display. Measuring data can be read by a computer or PLC (optionally) manually or after being triggered. The device under test can be adjusted and fixed using the optional alignment table. We also manufacture individual yoke photometers for scattering samples or custom sizes. You can take advantage of the modular base unit and our in-house CAD-CAM production.

The RMD radiometer is one of the latest developments from Opsytec Dr. Gröbel GmbH. This easy-to-use radiometer is based on more than 30 years of experience in all areas of irradiation and illuminance measurement. It features a wide dynamic range and extremely low noise. For this purpose, the sensor already contains a multi-stage amplification, an extremely precise analog-to-digital converter and a temperature sensor. The memory contained in the sensor contains all sensor identifications and the calibration history. This allows several ultraviolet sensors and visible sensors to be used on the Radiometer RMD. A wide range of sensors is available for a wide variety of production and control processes. Two sensors can be read out simultaneously. Sensors for the evaluation of erythema-weighted radiation and multi-channel sensors are also available. The measurement data are clearly displayed on the graphic display.

The sensors are calibrated with traceability to PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, the German national test authority); after being calibrated, they are supplied with a factory calibration certificate. The RMD is characterized by a very high resolution, a high measuring range, a data interface and the illuminated graphic display.
