The UV photometer FlowMissio is a double-beam photometer with a pressurized water flow-through cell for monitoring the absorption of water at 254 nm. A number of organic impurities, ozone, turbidity, and other substances can be detected using this sensitive short measuring wavelength. The double-beam photometer compensates for lamp aging and thus serves to achieve accurate measuring results. Referencing to an empty cell or a reference liquid is available. The photometer uses an optical path length of 50 mm. Operation of the photometer is menu-controlled with a graphical display. Measuring data are shown on the display. They are also transferred to an analog and a digital interface. Two adjustable alarm thresholds are available for the system controller via relay contacts. The UV photometer requires low maintenance. The lamp should be changed every 2,000 hours and the flow-through cell should be cleaned regularly depending on the water quality.

The process photometer ZPM measures the transmission of optical transparent materials like silica, glass, crystal, or plastics plates. The influence of ambient light is minimized by using a modulation technique. This is of special importance for the measurement of scattering samples. Yoke photometers measure at a fixed wavelength between 254 nm and 980 nm or with selectable wavelengths, for example, red (630 nm), green (520 nm), and blue (470 nm) for ZPM RGB. Our range includes more than 30 wavelengths; thus, the photometer can be optimally adapted to the application. Transmission data are steadily shown on the display. Measuring data can be read by a computer or PLC (optionally) manually or after being triggered. The device under test can be adjusted and fixed using the optional alignment table. We also manufacture individual yoke photometers for scattering samples or custom sizes. You can take advantage of the modular base unit and our in-house CAD-CAM production.

The PLC UV sensors and VIS sensors serve as precision sensors for the measurement of UV irradiances and illuminances in systems with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Spectral range, measuring range, operating voltage, and output signal can be selected to match the measurement task and the PLC. The integrated electronics generate a signal voltage that is transmitted with the low interference cable to the PLC. The built-in diffusers provide the required cosine correction. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to the PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, the German national test authority); after being calibrated, they are shipped with a factory calibration certificate. Excellent long-term stability is achieved through the use of appropriate materials. Of course, a repair and spare parts service is available for many years. Our product range includes eight spectral ranges and three measuring ranges for the sensors.

The PLC.D sensors are ready-to-install UV sensors with digital output. This enables reliable and repeatable irradiance measurements in UV systems. Due to the compact design and the eight spectral ranges, the sensors can be used for a wide range of applications, e.g. in packaging facilities sterilisation surface activation systems UV curing systems ageing tests and many other applications With the integrated 24-bit ADCs, the PLC.D sensors close the gap between industrial manufacturing and high-precision laboratory equipment. Measurements can be carried out in a simple yet safe way. RS-485 and USB are available as optional connections for this purpose. The data evaluation takes place directly in the PLC.D sensors, the measured values are protected against transmission errors by a CRC-16 check sums.

The UV inline sensor FLT is a compact, and precise measuring system for irradiance measurements in UV facilities, as packaging systems disinfection systems systems for surface activation UV curing systems Aging & test chambers The system consists of a compact inline sensor for fixed installation or use with radiometer RMD / RM-12. Reference measurements are simple and precise due to indentical shape of both sensor versions. Our product range includes eight spectral ranges and four measuring ranges for the sensors. This allows the radiometric sensors to be optimally adapted for the application. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, the German national test authority); after being calibrated, they are supplied with a factory calibration certificate. The RMD is characterized by a very high resolution, a high measuring range, a data interface and the illuminated graphic display.
