The RMD radiometer is one of the latest developments from Opsytec Dr. Gröbel GmbH. This easy-to-use radiometer is based on more than 30 years of experience in all areas of irradiation and illuminance measurement. It features a wide dynamic range and extremely low noise. For this purpose, the sensor already contains a multi-stage amplification, an extremely precise analog-to-digital converter and a temperature sensor. The memory contained in the sensor contains all sensor identifications and the calibration history. This allows several ultraviolet sensors and visible sensors to be used on the Radiometer RMD. A wide range of sensors is available for a wide variety of production and control processes. Two sensors can be read out simultaneously. Sensors for the evaluation of erythema-weighted radiation and multi-channel sensors are also available. The measurement data are clearly displayed on the graphic display.

40 years of UV experience and consistent product development enable the optimal performance and intuitive operation of the RMD Touch laboratory radiometer. This incorporates the latest technologies such as capacitive touch displays, precision ADCs, data storage, remote update capability and much more. This makes the RMD Touch one of the most powerful multichannel radiometers on the market with superior features such as highest accuracy, reliability and modular extensions. The RMD Touch allows simultaneous measurement of multiple sensors, recording of irradiance and dose. Each sensor channel contains a high-precision 24 bit ADC and a multi-stage amplification to achieve a wide dynamic range of up to 7 orders of magnitude. The measurement of all channels is performed simultaneously.

The mains-driven panel meter RM-32 provides a continuous and precise measurement of irradiance with preamplified UV sensors. The integrated electronics produce a signal voltage that is transmitted to the radiometer, so that inferences are minimized. Different UV and visible spectral ranges, measuring ranges, and output signals can be selected to match the measurement task. The current irradiance is shown on a 3.5-digit digital display. The lamp state with respect to two threshold values is indicated by LEDs. Two relay contacts can be used for switching warning and failure signals. With its optional USB, RS232 or RS485 interface the RM-32 can be used to monitor ultraviolet (UV) irradiance. tinyTracker dosimeters are autonomous instruments for irradiance and dose measurement in UV belt systems. Due to the particularly flat design of the tinyTracker, this can be performed by irradiation of UV conveyor dryers and other industrial equipment. The recording of values automatically starts when exceeding an adjustable minimum irradiance. The integrated radiometric sensors can be configured for different UV and visible spectral ranges. The integrated diffuser serves for cosine correction that is necessary in non-perpendicular irradiation. The sensors are calibrated to PTB. The data recording is done on a removable SD card, data transfer - via USB. The power is supplied by a Li-Ion battery that provides a recording time of up to three hours. The Li-Ion battery can be charged directly via the USB interface. An additional power supply unit is included. The analysis and data export are done conveniently using a PC. Xenon excimer lamps enable new, resource-saving and more efficient production possibilities. They are used in the field of surface treatment for matting, cleaning, surface activation or to save photoinitiators. For this purpose, the narrow-band spectrum around 172 nm is usually used to irradiate under inert gas conditions. Then the high photon energy is sufficient to split almost all organic compounds. The measurement of 172 nm (VUV) is an important component for process control and optimization. With the tinyTracker 172 we offer a calibrated band radiometer which is suitable for use in an inert atmosphere. The tinyTracker 172 is absolutely calibrated and measures the irradiance and irradiation dose of xenon excimer lamps directly at 172 nm. Due to its particularly flat design, the tinyTracker172 can be guided through the irradiation channels of UV belt dryers and other industrial equipment.
