The mains-driven panel meter RM-32 provides a continuous and precise measurement of irradiance with preamplified UV sensors. The integrated electronics produce a signal voltage that is transmitted to the radiometer, so that inferences are minimized. Different UV and visible spectral ranges, measuring ranges, and output signals can be selected to match the measurement task. The current irradiance is shown on a 3.5-digit digital display. The lamp state with respect to two threshold values is indicated by LEDs. Two relay contacts can be used for switching warning and failure signals. With its optional USB, RS232 or RS485 interface the RM-32 can be used to monitor ultraviolet (UV) irradiance. Xenon excimer lamps enable new, resource-saving and more efficient production possibilities. They are used in the field of surface treatment for matting, cleaning, surface activation or to save photoinitiators. For this purpose, the narrow-band spectrum around 172 nm is usually used to irradiate under inert gas conditions. Then the high photon energy is sufficient to split almost all organic compounds. The measurement of 172 nm (VUV) is an important component for process control and optimization. With the tinyTracker 172 we offer a calibrated band radiometer which is suitable for use in an inert atmosphere. The tinyTracker 172 is absolutely calibrated and measures the irradiance and irradiation dose of xenon excimer lamps directly at 172 nm. Due to its particularly flat design, the tinyTracker172 can be guided through the irradiation channels of UV belt dryers and other industrial equipment.

The curelog is a precise radiometer with dose measurement and up to four spectral ranges. Due to its fast and precise measurements the curelog can universally be used for applications in the fields of lacquer curing, bonding, sterilization, disinfection, lithography and many other applications. The adjustable data recording rate of up to 2000 Hz (measurements per second) allows reliable measurements on fast running UV belt systems. The recording time of up to 180 h allows the measurement of long-lasting processes at low doses, like UV disinfection. The curelog simultaneously records up to four spectral ranges, each with a high-precision 24 bit ADC. The high-precision ADC gives the curelog a extrem high dynamic range. The resolution of 0.0001 mW/cm² and a measurement range of 50 W/cm² are the main features of the curelog. All common UV lamps and UV-LEDs can be measured and compared, no matter if spot or area lamps, fibre optics or UV/VIS LEDs are used.

The radiometer RM-12 is a precise, hand-held device for measuring irradiances and illuminances. Due to the sensor-integrated electronics, different sensors for UV and visible spectral ranges can be measured with the respective sensors. Sensors evaluating biological effects of irradiation are also available. The integrated diffuser serves to provide the cosine correction that is necessary with non-perpendicular irradiation. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to the PTB; after being calibrated, they are supplied with a factory calibration certificate.
