The B 500 Humidifier radio is a blend of wireless humidifying, cleaning and filtering. The handheld UV lamps are high-powered UV radiation sources for UV-A and UV-C radiation. They enable the sensitive detection of luminescent substances through their high irradiance. The handheld UV lamps are available in three versions. UV-A and UV-C lamps are equipped with two UV lamps to obtain a very high intensity of irradiation on the sample. The UV-A/C handheld lamp allows the simultaneous or separate application of UV-A and UV-C radiation with the same device. All handheld UV lamps are mains operated and have VIS filters, which effectively filter the visible light from the tubes. Thus, even weak luminescence in the sample can be optimally detected. The UVpad E combines the benefits of the spectral measuring technology with a handheld and easy to operate radiometer. The UVpad E is technically based on our successful radiometer UVpad. With the external sensor and an optimized programming, it is even more precise and easier to operate. Use the spectroradiometer UVpad E for an accurate measurement of the UV irradiance and for comparisons of different UV lamps and UV LEDs. 512 photodiodes measure the spectrum in the wavelength range of 240 – 480 nm. The categorization in UVA, UVB and UVC is taken according to international standards and traceable. The calibration to only one light source is omitted.

With the UV LED series L, we combine the benefits of the UV LEDS compared to the UV lamps; these are initial start, dimmability, long service life and a lower heat input with an economical UV LED system. Irradiances of up to 5,5 W/cm² are reached on the surface. The high irradiance enables short processing times. For different applications, wavelengths of 365nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm, and 450 nm are available. That way, the UV LED series L can be optimal customized for the requirements of the photoinitiator. All wavelengths are available in five differently sized illumination areas from 10 x 100 mm, and 30 x 30 mm up to 200 x 100 mm. Customized versions are available too.

The use of ultraviolet-curing adhesives and compounds is constantly increasing. With the LedControl S UV LED controller, you remain flexible for future requirements. Due to the modular design, one UV LED lamp, up to five or even up to 16 UV LED lamps with different wavelengths can be operated and individually adjusted with one LEDControl S. For applications such as bonding, potting or fluorescence excitation, the wavelengths 365, 385, 395, 405 and 450 nm are available. With the variety of wavelengths, you remain particularly flexible and can upgrade and change over at any time. With several UV LED lamps, the irradiation can also be ideally homogenized to achieve the best possible uniformity. With the intelligent UV LED control, the power of the ultraviolet LED lamps can be individually adjusted between 2% and 100%. A timer for irradiation times between 0.01 s and 9999 s is already integrated.

The radiometer RM-12 is a precise, hand-held device for measuring irradiances and illuminances. Due to the sensor-integrated electronics, different sensors for UV and visible spectral ranges can be measured with the respective sensors. Sensors evaluating biological effects of irradiation are also available. The integrated diffuser serves to provide the cosine correction that is necessary with non-perpendicular irradiation. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to the PTB; after being calibrated, they are supplied with a factory calibration certificate. High UV irradiance combined with a uniform irradiated area is the key feature of the surface LED series SFL-UV. The SFL-UV modules are water-cooled high-power UV LED sources with an intelligent LED driver. The absence of ineffective infrared radiation reduces the heat compared to conventional UV lamps. Three standard sizes are available with light-emitting areas of 100 x 100 mm to 200 x 200 mm. Customized sizes are available on request. Independent of size, we offer two versions. The HO versions reach high irradiance of up to 5500 mW/cm², while the ECO versions still offer up to 2000 mW/cm². Both irradiances are measured at a distance of 10 mm to the emitting window. The high irradiance allows extremely short processing times. Wavelengths of 365, 385, 395, 405, and 450 nm are available for many different applications.

The curelog is a precise radiometer with dose measurement and up to four spectral ranges. Due to its fast and precise measurements the curelog can universally be used for applications in the fields of lacquer curing, bonding, sterilization, disinfection, lithography and many other applications. The adjustable data recording rate of up to 2000 Hz (measurements per second) allows reliable measurements on fast running UV belt systems. The recording time of up to 180 h allows the measurement of long-lasting processes at low doses, like UV disinfection. The curelog simultaneously records up to four spectral ranges, each with a high-precision 24 bit ADC. The high-precision ADC gives the curelog a extrem high dynamic range. The resolution of 0.0001 mW/cm² and a measurement range of 50 W/cm² are the main features of the curelog. All common UV lamps and UV-LEDs can be measured and compared, no matter if spot or area lamps, fibre optics or UV/VIS LEDs are used.

The German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) and the Austrian standardization committee have defined the requirements for UV water disinfection systems with UV low-pressure lamps in DIN 19294-1:2020-08. This also specifies the design, function and opening angle of DVGW reference radiometers. The previous technical rule W294-3 and ÖNORM 5873 continue to apply to devices for drinking water disinfection with medium-pressure lamps. The sensors are inserted into a pressurized water-tight measuring window tube, which enables simple and reproducible replacement of the sensors. With an aperture angle of 160°, our sensors are suitable for precise radiometric measurement of UVC irradiance in UV water disinfection systems. We offer these with reference radiometer RMD.
