UV LED control LedControl S: Flexibility and precision for industrial UV

The UV test chamber BS-04 is large, robust equipment for the time- or dose-controlled irradiation of samples with UV light. The chamber can be fully equipped for one of the spectral regions UV-C, UV-B, or UV-A to achieve the highest irradiance. Alternately, the use of two separately controlled lamp groups for different spectral regions allows for especially flexible operation of the chamber. The interior irradiation chamber has a base area of 86 x 65 cm² and a height of 32 cm. The sliding sample carrier facilitates loading and unloading. With a load of up to 20 kg, this can withstand all demands. The sample chamber operating temperature is about 25°C so that thermal damage to the specimen is avoided. Due to the high uniformity of the irradiation, the samples may be positioned in any order. The BS-04 can be equipped with two irradiation controls: the UV-MAT and the UV-MAT Touch.

The high-performance UV LED Solo P combines a compact, variable, and economic point light source for manual bonds in an ergonomic design. The UV LED Solo P requires no external control and can be operated directly with a mains power adapter. As all UV LEDs the Solo P is quickly switchable. WAVELENGTH, BEAM PROFILE, AND OPTIC The wavelengths of 365, 385, 395, 405, and 450 nm are available for different applications. In addition, several beam profiles with interchangeable optics are available. The UV radiation of high-power LED is focused in the desired working distance. The very high irradiances of up to 39,000 mW/cm² and the compact dimensions characterize the UV-LED Spots and allow extremely short process times. For this purpose, the UV-LED is focused at the desired working distance. The UV-LED Spot P is suitable for automated and manual bonding. For applications such as bonding, potting or fluorescence excitation, the wavelengths 365, 385, 395, 405 and 450 nm are available. With the variety of wavelengths as well as the exchangeable optics, you remain particularly flexible and can upgrade and change over at any time. For controlling the UV-LED Spot P, we offer the LedControl S as a table top device or the LedControl DC for DIN rail mounting. With the LedControl S and DC UV LED controllers, the ultraviolet LED output can be set between 2% and 100%.
