Our release film SHIELD SR is created to be used with toner based printing technologies. The 23um thick PET film is coated with our unique SHIELD SR release coating, which add gloss and protection to your prints. Furthermore, the transfer film leaves you to choose in-between a quick hot peel straight after application or to peel it with a delay. The SR version is designed as an all-rounder, combining good resistance against cremes, water and mechanical damage. The standard core size is a 6'' core with a film length of 3000m per roll. Custom rolls can be made.

In the production of rubber grommets and rubber seals, we use tools with special coatings and tooling concepts that prevent the adhesion of rubber parts (including TPE, EPDM). With this protocol, we guarantee safe mass production.

Good formability and conductivity make our products useful for condenser case products produced via drawing processes. Manufacturers of these aluminum case applications rely on Novelis to provide high-quality aluminum coils or sheet in alloys such as 1050 and 3004. Novelis produces pre-painted aluminum for scales, dials and nameplates in laser engraving quality, in the form of a surface-treated coil or sheet. Specialized coatings are applied by rollers. Printing is possible via standard commercial inks and paints with no special materials required.

With securoll secutex offers a specially developed coating for cylinders and rolls, which is cast in form or applied directly onto the roller core. During product development the vast experience of secutex with all types of coatings was introduced. secutex supplies a wide selection of securoll for almost any application. In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Uniformly wide lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® are attached at alternating angles with plastic foam lamellae attached in the spaces between them to the aluminium hub of the FAPI-KS/V SPECIAL. The height of the coating or the length of the lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® and plastic foam can be varied depending on the application (standard: 25 mm). The longer the lamellae are, the less rigid the material becomes, which in turn reduces the aggressiveness of the contact wheel. With FTJ-filter cloths, you can choose from approx. 40 high-quality fabric qualities, which fit your needs. The cloths consist mainly of polypropylene, polyester, polyamide and cotton. In order to achieve the best results, fabric quality, grammage, air permeability and surface finish must be optimally tailored to your individual requirements. Optimizes package handling in material flow systems By channeling up to 6 product lanes into a single line the LCE allows controlled product feeding from the packaging machine to the price labeler. Paints and coatings play a significant role in our lives. Without them, life would be dull and even monotonous. But they don’t just provide color. They perform a multitude of other tasks as well. For example, they protect objects or structures from corrosion and deterioration, thus contributing to the sustainable use of resources. Equally, special coatings can contribute to a reduction in flow resistance, or create a pearled finish that makes objects easier to clean and reduces contamination. Paints and coatings generally consist of binders, fillers, pigments, solvents, resins, and perylene, as well as additives. These substances must be mixed together homogeneously during the production process. Various agitators are used to achieve this, for example dissolvers, depending on the process step and according to the boundary conditions.

This glass fiber fabric or facade fabric is coated with a Teflon coating . The chemical term for Teflon is PTFE. The unique properties of Teflon are already known from many other applications, e.g. the incomparable dirt repellency and the high stability against environmental influences. Due to these properties, the PTFE MESH glass fabric is the perfect material for your building envelope. A facade concept with which building structures can be marketed much more attractively. In the textile PTFE MESH fabric, we combine very strong glass fibers to form a defined, non-flammable mesh and encapsulate the fibers with a special PTFE coating. These Teflon fabrics are stretched over frames that are hung in front of the building's facade. The hole size can be chosen so that it is easy to look through the facade from the inside of the building. From the outside, the building appears as a light and clear surface.

Chemical pump with electrical temperature control. The CHEM series is designed to be easy to maintain. Separate pump covers allow a quick inspection of the inner workings from both sides of the pump. To adjust the axial clearance we use shims which can be varied according to process parameters. Chemical pumps of the CHEM series are offered as standard versions with components made of stainless steel or as special versions with coated or ceramic materials. To bring or maintain the pump at process temperature, two temperature control variants can be used, electric and hydraulic.
