Our release film SHIELD SR is created to be used with toner based printing technologies. The 23um thick PET film is coated with our unique SHIELD SR release coating, which add gloss and protection to your prints. Furthermore, the transfer film leaves you to choose in-between a quick hot peel straight after application or to peel it with a delay. The SR version is designed as an all-rounder, combining good resistance against cremes, water and mechanical damage. The standard core size is a 6'' core with a film length of 3000m per roll. Custom rolls can be made.

Novelis produces pre-painted aluminum for scales, dials and nameplates in laser engraving quality, in the form of a surface-treated coil or sheet. Specialized coatings are applied by rollers. Printing is possible via standard commercial inks and paints with no special materials required.

With a long lever it is easy to close this clam shell type heat press. Once closed, a magnet holds the press shut and automatically opens once the set dwell time is reached. The pull-out base makes it even easy to place the textile and transfer. Furthermore, a small gap underneath the base plate allows you to thread the t-shirt onto the platen. Using a small display, you can adjust temperature and a rotary know allows to set the pressure. Last, a special coating on the heated element avoids stains. With a range of different base platens, this press can be used for t-shirts, hoodies, bags, sleeves, legs, bags, neck tags and a lot more.

With securoll secutex offers a specially developed coating for cylinders and rolls, which is cast in form or applied directly onto the roller core. During product development the vast experience of secutex with all types of coatings was introduced. secutex supplies a wide selection of securoll for almost any application. Material hardnesses of 55°90° Shore are supplied. The innovative process ensures high precision in the coating with very low tolerances as well as optimum and longterm bonding between the cylinder/roller core and the securoll material. Uniformly wide lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® are attached at alternating angles with plastic foam lamellae attached in the spaces between them to the aluminium hub of the FAPI-KS/V SPECIAL. The height of the coating or the length of the lamellae of foamed up Vulkollan® and plastic foam can be varied depending on the application (standard: 25 mm). The longer the lamellae are, the less rigid the material becomes, which in turn reduces the aggressiveness of the contact wheel. The palletizing robot system PARO® has a modular structure. This is how the palletizing room can be optimally adapted to the palletizing task – even afterwards. The spectrum ranges from standard single place cells which are not bigger than the pallet itself, to palletizing systems with twelve or more palletizing stations. All of this is easily determined by a correspondingly long horizontal axis. The palletizing robot PARO® is a four-axis robot whose axis have a special guide system: Profiled, teflon coated Vulkollanrollers run on polished stainless steel tubes. This system has proven itself to be robust and maintenance free. With this simple system technology a lot of industrial handling processes are economically automated in different performance areas.
