In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.

Professional installations and disassemblies on your premises The highly-qualified specialist personnel of GW Batterien GmbH would be happy to carry out assemblies, commissionings and also disassemblies – even in difficult conditions such as sites which are difficult to access. The commissioning process involves a complete functional test, a capacity test and further necessary tests. After a disassembly, we will of course dispose of the old battery in the correct manner.

Loads can also be divided into stages to give thyristor control and in addition combinations of thyristor and contactor control can be supplied to provide a fully synchronised system and limit impact on the power generating system. We can recommend cost-effective solutions to clients, outline requirements, or work to detailed specifications. In-house design facilities are supported by experienced engineers, backed-up by modern CAD facilities. OhmEx adopts an integrated project management approach to each contract, which provides effective co-ordination of design, procurement, manufacture, test and, where required, commissioning. Each control system is fully function-tested for correct operation, as a standard. Each test is simulated using the correct type of input signals to avoid start up and commissioning problems. A range of temperature control systems suitable for anything from small space heating systems to large process heating systems, including full PID control can be offered.

The DIGIFORCE® 9307 monitors processes in which precisely defined functional relationships between two or more measured quantities need to be demonstrated. These measured quantities are recorded synchronously during the manufacturing process or subsequent functional testing to produce a measurement curve, which is then assessed using graphical and mathematical evaluation techniques. After internal evaluation, the measurement curve and computed evaluation results are visualized on the color display and are also output at the external control interfaces. The processes in the controller are optimized by a powerful real-time operating system to achieve an extremely fast evaluation cycle: it typically takes just 15 ms to deliver the global OK or NOK evaluation result, which can then be analyzed by the higher-level controller.
