Cost-efficient transport between floors The vehicle lift CARRICO is an interesting alternative to the TRAFFICO when lower lifting heights and less frequent use are needed. The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. Furthermore, this car lift is delivered with automatic sliding doors and cabin equipment designed for the transport of vehicles and passengers. The storage and retrieval vehicle is used for storing ULDs in racking. Equipped with a lift, the Elevating Transfer Vehicle transports ULDs vertically and horizontally at the same time. Specially designed for lifting cars The PEGASOS garage car lift is a perfect solution for construction projects with limited space. It was specifically designed for lifting and lowering of cars and is based on a sophisticated design and a series of convenient features. It has the appearance of a garage and is the ideal alternative to a conventional ramp. The car lift brings vehicle and occupant automatically to the garage or parking deck. The PEGASOS can be mounted directly on the floor and therefore requires no pit. The platform can be equipped with a comfortable cabin or just a simple railing. Due to its compact design and the elimination of the machine room, it is easy to plan. The lifting function is realized by using a very silent and efficient electric motor. The hydraulic car elevator TRAFFICO transports both car and passengers quickly and reliably to the desired parking level. The most convenient way to initiate operation is by remote control or smart card. The reader can be installed next to the lift entrance on a pedestal, for example, with pull wire switches at each level. Light beams between the cabin and shaft doors avoid any damage to the car during entry and exit. Light barriers facilitate vehicle positioning, thereby speeding up access. For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.

The personnel and material hoist GEDA Multilift P12 P is an alternative to the classical service- and industrial hoists. It is designed to meet the requirements of the industry. Using the GEDA Multilift P12 P with its single mast, you can transport a maximum of 12 people or 1500 kg. The main features of this hoist are: — enclosed car — completely closed base enclosure — control can be carried out from all loading/ unloading points, from the car and from the base enclosure. A level pre-selection control can be installed as an accessory which enables automatic drive to landing levels.

The GEDA 300 ZP P, GEDA 500 ZP P and the 1500 ZP P have turned out to be efficient height access technology tools throughout the years. They have been transporting people and materials on asphalt producing plants, gravel plants, silos, etc. These transport platforms facilitate and accelerate regular inspections, service and maintenance. The GEDA PH personnel and material hoist is now as a complete series available. Three standard versions have been developed up to now. All adjustable to desired specifications or conditions at construction site. Lifting height up to 400 m and three different lifting speeds and different car sizes are available. Both mast systems enable single and twin usage. You can choose between three standard control systems: stop next landing, single automatic or fully automatic. You do not need to transport the handy drive of the rope drum to the top. It can simply be installed to the scaffold on the bottom. New concepts for new markets is the banner under which the Bavarian construction and industrial hoist manufacturer GEDA-Dechentreiter GmbH & Co. KG presented a new personnel and material hoist, especially for markets outside Europe: The new GEDA SBL 2000. In contrast with other, variably adjustable hoist solutions from GEDA, the new GEDA SBL 2000 is therefore only available in a fixed platform size of 3.20 x 1.45 x 2.10 m, a standard load capacity of 2000 kg and 23 people, as well as a hoist speed of 55 m/min and a discharge head of 250 m. The title “Made in Germany” also stands for quality outside Europe. According to GEDA Managing Director Johann Sailer, it is important to stress in this context that with the GEDA SBL 2000 a product optimally tailored to meet the needs of target markets outside European has been developed and manufactured entirely in Germany. The GEDA SBL 2000 is available both as a single and a twin cabin.

In contrast to ordinary material hoists, for which the transport of people is strictly prohibited, the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP may transport 7 people in addition to goods as soon as it has been switched to the operating mode “transport platform“. Just as for all other GEDA twin mast transport platforms, you can choose between a lot of different transport platforms and as many different types of roofs. The load platforms provide enough space for bulky and heavy building materials. This can help to improve logistics on site.
