On request we can also offer you an onsite service including our technical service hotline. Demag components for process cranes turn a crane into a fully fledged process crane, without the need for any additional design or development work. They're fast, safe and reliable, making these components extremely worthwhile elements of the Demag process crane engineering product line. The individual components – MPW open winch units, MPW open winch crabs and corner-bearing end carriages – are proven components that have been tried and tested for many years. The combination of crane control and wireless control concept creates the link between an operator and a crane and thus makes optimum load handling a tangible experience. Absolutely safe operation of a crane or a system of several cranes must always be guaranteed – safety for the crane operator as well as for the transported goods and surrounding infrastructure. The smart Demag SafeControl system enables independent and continuous monitoring of a crane on the basis of a largely redundant control concept to bring the system to a standstill independently if any irregularities occur. Furthermore, dangerous conditions can be identified and prevented in advance. The crane operator can concentrate fully on his/her work at all times thanks to the safety control system. A crane can be conveniently and intuitively controlled by radio, which is also very efficient. The safety control system combined with radio control can ensure gentle handling and precise positioning of loads.

fako® Glass fibre adhesive 9119Xtra is a solvent-free plastic dispersion adhesive, which is characterized by high elasticity and initial adhesion, a thixotropic one-component adhesive with short drying time. fako® glass fibre adhesive no. 9119XTRA complies with the requirements of IMO FTPC part 5 for low flammability, and is affixed with the «Wheelmark» (mark of conformity), the European regulatory marking of all marine equipment, as defined in the Marine Equipment Directive (IMO/MED). Application area: in shipbuilding for "A", "B" and "F" class divisions. Purpose: bonding of glass fabric to mineral wool in pipe and surface areas, bonding to sheet metal, as well as for production of glass fiber fabric cover on rubber products (e.g. Armaflex). It can be used on all load-bearing surfaces, such as plaster, plasterboard and concrete.

Control valves and directional valves clear, block or change the flow direction of the medium used. They control the direction of the volume flow, i.e. the exit direction of a cylinder, and through start-stop commands the travel distance of the stroke. Our product range includes manual, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic actuated valves in 3/2-, 5/2- and 5/3-directional design. Directional valves acc. to NAMUR, supply units, base plates, logistics modules and two-handed safety control valves add to the assortment.

Components made from aluminium are created in accordance with your drawings or data. Various surfaces can be generated. The production options at our company are very varied thanks to our comprehensive machine park.

Our products can be used both in the visible area of kitchens and gastronomic facilities and as ready-to-install functional components. We develop and produce material- and production-optimized according to your specific requirements. In addition, we develop and produce material- and production-optimised designs of assemblies according to individual customer-specific requirements, e.g. hinges, front panels, frames and pull-outs, and assemble these ready for installation.
