With Conform® components our customers can reduce their procurement and assembly costs: We handle the preceding processes thus enabling slimmer procedures at our customers’ own production facilities. So that we can meet the wide variety of component needs for our customers, we work within a network of certified partners. Control valves and directional valves clear, block or change the flow direction of the medium used. They control the direction of the volume flow, i.e. the exit direction of a cylinder, and through start-stop commands the travel distance of the stroke. Our product range includes manual, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic actuated valves in 3/2-, 5/2- and 5/3-directional design. Directional valves acc. to NAMUR, supply units, base plates, logistics modules and two-handed safety control valves add to the assortment.

In the area of elastomer technology, the Zimmer Group uses the most modern production processes to manufacture sophisticated workpieces from elastomers. In addition to the transfer molding process, in which the elastomer is placed in a mold, pressed into shape with a die and vulcanized under pressure and heat, we also use the injection transfer molding process. Here, the starting materials are pressed into the mold on an injection molding machine and vulcanize out there. With these two processes, we process a wide range of elastomers such as NBR, silicone, EPDM, FPM or polyurethane. In terms of quantities as well as dimensions, the sky's the limit, because we can manufacture almost any quantity required, from special solutions in quantities of one to medium-sized small batches and large series of more than 10,000 units.

The V shape of the shaft support is the result of purposeful internal development work at Föhrenbach. The most important advantage comes from having the greatest possible distance between the shafts and above all in the lay-out of the four ball-bearing housings whose loadbearing rows of balls are located underneath the shaft. The unitized, modular type like design realized with these devices enables to cover a wide range of application specific solutions. Manufactured in standard widths from 75 to 425 mm and in lenghts of up to 4000 mm, the products are designed to provide solutions that allow to cover almost all handling and mounting tasks that need to be met. An experience of long standing assures for competent solutions.

The highest accuracy class “Ultra-Precision plus” impresses with an accuracy of 0.0005 mm, thus 0.5 µm. Due to the fact that the control unit of the Föhrenbach slides is compatible with the interfaces of almost all measuring systems, this extraordinary repeatability does not depend on a particular system or a specific provider. Föhrenbach profiled guide slides with integrated linear motor are available in the series PFL (with bellows covers) and PCL (with sheet metal covers). For both series three sizes are available. We developed three resp. two linear motors of different force.

Our cross roller guide rails are freely interchangeable standard elements. Our guide rails allow the assembly of extremely rigid and precise linear guides without any play. Benefits Able to carry high loads running extremely smooth require little space long serviceable life Mounting instructions: When mounting the guide rails make sure the bearing surfaces have been machined in a parallel manner and are to the angle. The tolerances of the bearing and mounting surfaces shall conform to the process tolerances of the guide rails (standard quality). The prestress applied depends on the respective mounting conditions, on the rigidity of the assembled slide structure respectively. We recommend to apply a prestress equivalent to a value between 5 and 20 % of the maximum admissible load. However, the load carrying ability of the overall guide rail structure thus realized will, at any case, be reduced by the prestress applied.

The RA line descripes a roller beared slide in a special sealed version. The standard type is equipped with a gap seal (approx. 0.5 mm). Special types with felt or nylon scrapers are possible, too. Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. Microwave Resonator, Continuous In Line Moisture measurement Description The microwave resonance measurement uses the electromagnetic energy stored inside a resonator to determine the water content of a product. Via a non conducting window, the resonator field is coupled into the material located in front of the resonator. This so called leakage field is not radiated. Depending on the dielectric properties of the product, the shift of resonance frequency and bandwidth of the resonator is used for measurement. The ratio of bandwidth and frequency shift is density independent. The measurement is highly suitable for bulk material.

Microwave measurement device, Continuous In Line measurement of dry matter The measurement is contactless, the measured values of the %, %H2O,%TS, Bx, g/cm3, g/l or mg/l content are available as digital and analogue values. The HK2 is applicable in different industries like sugar, sewage plant and building material industry. Because of further increasing quality requirements after ISO and EU standards, the industries have an enhanced demand for improved quality control, standardization and InLinetrend observation.

Microwave measurement device, Continuous InLine measurement of dry matter or consistency Description At the microwave measurement technology an electromagnetic wave with very low energy is generated. This signal is coupled via an antenna into the product (Cellulose, Cheese, Milk, Curd, etc.). Depending on the dielectric properties of the product the signal propagates in the product. After the signal has passed the product a second antenna receives the signal (Transmission). Amplitude and phase shift of the received signal are an expression for the consistency, water content or dry matter of the product. The microwave measurement is very stable and it has a quick response to product changes.

We are experts in deep-drawn parts made of stainless steel, deep-drawn parts made of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals (including brass, copper and nickel silver). To produce your perfect component, we also have the option of using carbon steel, special nickel alloys (e.g. Inconel®), but also soft magnetic materials. Each material has specific properties that need to be taken into account in the forming process. We manufacture deep-drawn parts with a diameter of 2 to 80 mm and a length of up to 120 mm.
