The µCAN.8.dio-SNAP is a freely configurable digital I/O module featuring 8 channels. Module ID and bit rate can be set via DIP switch or via CAN bus (LSS, CiA 305). The module supports the protocols CANopen CANopenFD and J1939.

The µCAN.8.pwm-SNAP unit is equipped with 8 outputs which provide pulse width modulated signals (PWM) within the range of 0% to 100% for controlling of actuators (valves etc.)

At its eight outputs the µCAN.8.pwm-BOX provides pulse width modulated signals (PWM) within a range of 0% to 100% for controlling of actuators (valves etc.). The outlets are overload and short circuit protected. The µCAN.8.pwm-BOX is connected with the central control unit via CAN bus.

The 8 terminals of the µCAN.8.dio-BOX may individually be set to act as digital inputs or digital outputs. The module preprocesses and filters the digital signals. Its CAN interface supports the protocols CANopen, CANopen FD and J1939.

The decentralized module µCAN.4.ao-BOX features four analogue outputs which optionally provide a voltage signal (+/- 10 V) or a current signal (0…20 mA). The CAN interface supports the protocols protocols CANopen and J1939.

The BATCHFLUX 3100 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) for rotary or linear filling machines. It is the economical solution for filling applications with conductive liquids.Due to its unique ceramic measuring tube, the mag meter features good repeatability and long-term stability. The flowmeter has an ultra-compact lightweight housing ideal for the tight spaces in volumetric filling machines. It can be used for filling of water or carbonised drinks. The EMF is suitable for common CIP cleaning procedures.

The centrifugal clutch with belt output is the most frequently used build of Amsbeck centrifugal clutches. This type of centrifugal clutch has the pulley installed in the clutch bell already. This leads to a compact and space-saving, as well as cost-efficient, build. A centrifugal clutch with belt output can generally use any standardised belt profile and pulley diameter. The number of belt grooves can be chosen freely as well. Of course, a centrifugal clutch with belt output can also be delivered with special belt profiles and V-rib belt profiles at the customer's request. The linear transducer model PWA measures the absolute position of the plunger without contact or wear using an inductive resonator measuring system. This consists of an excitation coil which causes an oscillating resonance circuit (moving target) fastened to the plunger to oscillate. This in turn excites the receiver coils fixed in the housing, which are printed on a printed circuit board. The integrated electronics transform these signals (sin/cos) into a signal proportionate to the linear travel. The measuring system is insensitive to electrical and magnetic fields. 0(4) to 20 mA and 0 to 10 VDC are available as standard as analogue signal outputs. CANopen, IO link and SSI are in preparation. The sensor is fastened using at least two retaining clips HK-01 or using sliding blocks ST-01. The sensor can be equipped with ball joints at the front and rear. Alternatively, the sensor's plunger can be designed as a button.

This involves a play-free electronic switching cam encoder (abbreviated to: NOCA) with a maximum of four galvanically separated switching outputs (cams), which can be set by the customer and which are activated or deactivated depending on the relevant position of the drive shaft. A parameterisable multiturn absolute encoder with analogue interface plus the switching cam encoder printed circuit board with separate controller are integrated into the compact housing. The analogue signal and switching outputs can be parameterised separately using multifunction pins (MFP and PRE) in the connector.

The NOCN has a fault monitoring system which outputs a fault message via the CANopen bus (emergency message) on detection of a fault.

A parameterisable multiturn absolute encoder with SSI interface and the switching cam encoder PCB with separate controller are integrated in the compact housing. The SSI interface can be preset, the encoding direction is adjustable and the switching outputs can be preset. A special shaft design appropriate to the play-compensating measurement gear ZRS is available. The supply voltage, SSI signal and switching contacts are each galvanically separated from one another.

This involves a play-free electronic switching cam encoder (abbreviated to: NOCN) with two (At version 79 four) galvanically separated switching outputs (cams), which can be set by the customer and which are activated or deactivated depending on the relevant position of the drive shaft. An absolute mulitturn encoder with CANopen interface, adjustable parameters and an electronic switching cam module is realized in the compact housing. A separate controller unit monitors the function of the cams. The encoder's CANopen position signal and the switching outputs can be parameterised separately. The parameterisation (cam limits, resolution, measuring range a.s.o.) has to be verified to the NOCN via a checksum. This checksum can be calculated by a TWK program or the standard algorithm recommended by the CiA. After verification the device can be set operational.

The DAIL fulfils the requirements of EN 1114-1 for overpressure protection of extrusion lines and offers maximum comfort of operation. The auto-zero function enables calibration directly on the device or from the observation point/controller. On the output side, the melt pressure transmitter provides a switch output in addition to the analog signal which enables switching off the machine in case of overpressure according to EN 13849-1, PL=c.

Current loop powered vibration transmitters enable cost-effective and permanent monitoring of machine vibrations. They provide a standardised 4 ... 20 mA output signal, which is proportional to the RMS or peak value of the measured vibration amplitude. The transmitters are connected to existing, free inputs of a PLC or a process control system.
