The µCAN.8.dio-SNAP is a freely configurable digital I/O module featuring 8 channels. Module ID and bit rate can be set via DIP switch or via CAN bus (LSS, CiA 305). The module supports the protocols CANopen CANopenFD and J1939.

At its eight outputs the µCAN.8.pwm-BOX provides pulse width modulated signals (PWM) within a range of 0% to 100% for controlling of actuators (valves etc.). The outlets are overload and short circuit protected. The µCAN.8.pwm-BOX is connected with the central control unit via CAN bus.
