The estate is located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, locality « Clôs du Blanc », facing north and 2690 feet above sea level. Our vines grow on a variety of land, plains, valleys and hills, so they can fully express the potential of this unique soil. Our vineyard offers a large range of typically provençal vine types : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, white Ugni and Vermentino. An ancient and very fine lot of Syrah overhangs the estate to the north-west : 0,65 acresplanted way back in 1947. This lot is historical in the vineyard as well as in Provence, since very few lots were planted with this type of vines before 1950. Brilliant idea of a brilliant mind ? Experiment of a passionate ? The question will remain unanswered. Two lots of Grenache and Syrah, planted on hillside more than 985 feet above sea level, give us a great vue on the Luberon hills, the medieval castle of Le Puy Sainte Réparade and the Sainte Victoire mountain.

White wine is usually sweet or medium or dry. Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc are typical white wines. Greenish yellow colour with golden hues Aromatic, flavours of pears, white peaches, notes of citrus fruits and delicate touches of vanilla.

Tempranillo 75%, Garnacha 18%, Cabernet-sauvignon 5%, Others 2%. Harvested in the middle of September when grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for a maceration period of approximately seven days. Malolactic conversion and later aging in tanks where the wine remains on lees until stabilization and bottling.

100% Syrah • Tasting Notes Colour: Rich robe with an intense violet colour. Aroma: Ripe red fruit with floral violet nuances, together with elegant toasted, balsamic and spicy notes. The COMPACT 7-valve filling monobloc is a solution designed for small wineries producing prestigious wines. It can be equipped with a capper for crown caps and dedicated to bottling bottle-refermented craft beer. The central star positions 7 bottles under the taps, which are filled through the tank's descent. While these bottles are capped upon exit, one by one, another set of 7 bottles is positioned under the tank. The semi-annular filling tank made of stainless steel allows the use of nitrogen in the tank. Filling occurs through a slight pressure of inert gas, preventing the dispersion of volatile components.
