The Gala 3200 ACDC is a state-of-the-art inverter technology industrial equipment for welding using DC TIG, AC TIG and MMA coated electrode processes. Indicated for TIG welding of all materials, especially stainless steels and all types of aluminum.

These protector sleeves are made-to-measure and are antistatic as well as oil and water repellant. They are made of long life durable material so it protects longer. It is washable. The protector can include peek holes with visors, can be made of combined materials.

Operating from a single-phase 220 V network, the industrial welding inverter ТОРУС-250 Extra has an increased arc welding current up to 250 Amperes and, therefore, an increased percentage of operating time (TP). This allows performing continuous welding works: the device provides TP = 100% at an arc welding current of up to 225 Amperes (electrodes with a diameter of 5 – 6 mm). The power consumption when welding with “household” electrodes with a diameter of 3 mm is such that the device can be connected to a regular household outlet. Thus, the ТОРУС-250 Extra device is universal for industrial facilities and for cottage areas.

The inverter machine VIKING 500A PRO is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of VIKING 500A PRO devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 500А (100% at 420 A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage. Adjustable functions of hot start and arc reheat imply the ability to adjust the operation of the device with minimal spattering and allow you to perform work in any spatial position of the electrode and welded surfaces.

Positioner is designed in order to change the piece’s position, tied onto it, to the best and weld. It gives movement opportunity on two independent lines which are rotating and angular positioning. Positioners can be fixed to the ground according to weight and center of gravity of the work piece. Flange rotating speed can be sensitively adjusted with the control. Optionally it can be adapted with Column-bom system as to work synchronized. Rotator and positioning motors are equipped with thermic protector separately.

Robust and maintenance-free 90° magnetic clamping angle for flat material. The permanent magnet welding angle is a classic from Assfalg for welding and assembly work on flat material. It is available in two sizes, with a base length of 200mm and 300mm.

Each side can be switched separately with this magnetic welding angle. They are suitable for round and flat material. Metal workpieces can be held at 90° with this durable and maintenance-free welding angle. Workpieces can be easily positioned, aligned and fastened.

These ferrous welding angles are your indispensable third hand during welding and assembly work on round and flat material. With these small and handy ferrous welding angles, metal workpieces can be held at angles of 45° and 90°. They are durable, maintenance-free and can be used with a temperature of up to 80 °C. Workpieces can be easily positioned, aligned and fastened.

The Pivot magnetic welding angle has a holding angle range from 28 to 270 degrees. The Pivot magnetic welding angle is a universal handyman for smaller welding and assembly work on round and flat material. Through the quick release and a scale, the angle can be set simply and precisely. Components can be clamped on the inside or outside. Each leg can be switched on and off through a rotary switch.

These magnet welding angles can be gradually adjusted in their angle from 30° to 275°. Every leg can be switched separately. These magnet clamping angles hold round and square tubes and flat material secure. Thanks to the engraved scale and the quick release, the angles can be quickly and precisely set.

The Magsquare represents a universal welding and assembly aid. The magnetic force acts on 3 sides. The system can be switched off through a simple 180° rotation of the switch lever. It can also be used as an addition to the magnetic welding angles A 90 and Boomer. Several thread drill holes are already present as mounting options. Four versions can be chosen from, which are different in their holding forces and dimensions. The magnet squares are suitable for round and square workpieces.
