Our efficient 500 kW boilers use an advanced dual stage burner, 3-way valve system and smart controls to optimise temperature control and minimise fuel burn and emissions. From a small footprint they deliver maximum heat output, with pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 90ºC. Canopy casing has a small footprint for ease of transportation. Cast iron 3-pass flue boiler allows for excellent combustion, stable temperatures and reduced short-cycling. Dual stage burner accurately matches fluctuating heat requirements and achieves lower emissions at part-load operation. Integrated 3-way valve ensures operating temperature is quickly achieved, maintains tight temperature control and reduces short-cycling. Able to communicate with building management systems and plant equipment. Electronic controls closely regulate and stabilise temperatures and offer advanced fault-finding capabilities. Alpha offer a range of folding solutions depending on the needs of our customers including manual, automated and robot folding machines. Our manual folding line consists of 6 manned Amada press brakes capable of folding mild steel, coated steels, stainless steel, aluminium and alloys upto 4100mm in length. Automated folding offers optimised machine cycle times through automated tool selection and simultaneous component load and unload. Parts are programmed offline allowing the machine to run components whilst the next is programmed ready for production. We currently operate an automated TBZ panel folding line as well as completely automated robot folder.
