From a small footprint they deliver maximum heat output, with pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 90ºC. Canopy casing has a small footprint for ease of transportation. Cast iron 3-pass flue boiler allows for excellent combustion, stable temperatures and reduced short-cycling. Dual stage burner accurately matches fluctuating heat requirements and achieves lower emissions at part-load operation. Integrated 3-way valve ensures operating temperature is quickly achieved, maintains tight temperature control and reduces short-cycling. Able to communicate with building management systems and plant equipment. Electronic controls closely regulate and stabilise temperatures and offer advanced fault-finding capabilities. Stationed across the Collett Halifax, Goole and Grangemouth depots, our diverse general haulage fleet is available for contract distribution or immediate spot hire and rapid response delivery services. We also operate a full load, part-load and groupage service throughout the UK with access to the pallet network.

A feature of such a blank is its similarity in shape and size with the future product. Strength, flexibility, wear resistance made them indispensable components in the production of various parts. Raw materials for the production of such products are carefully selected taking into account their future field of operation. They reveal what loads the part will be subjected to in the future, in what environment it will be used. After processing the information received, the most suitable steel grades for specific operating conditions are selected. Alpha offer a range of folding solutions depending on the needs of our customers including manual, automated and robot folding machines. Our manual folding line consists of 6 manned Amada press brakes capable of folding mild steel, coated steels, stainless steel, aluminium and alloys upto 4100mm in length. Automated folding offers optimised machine cycle times through automated tool selection and simultaneous component load and unload. Parts are programmed offline allowing the machine to run components whilst the next is programmed ready for production. We currently operate an automated TBZ panel folding line as well as completely automated robot folder.

As with our packing cases and crates, we can build standard, specialist or advanced wooden pallets to any size to suit your needs and securely hold your goods. Whether you’re transporting small car parts, off-centre loads or 10m long flood defence barriers, we can manufacture the ideal pallets for your needs. Constructed from heat-treated timber, our wooden pallets are fully ISPM15 compliant and are correctly marked with documentation to ease the import and export procedure. We source our timber from sustainable sources, wherever possible. As our wooden pallets are made to meet your exact needs, we can produce them with two-way or four-way entry and solid or slatted tops, so you can configure the perfect configuration for your needs. We can also create pallets for you to use as stillages, with a frame added to support products such as glass or steel panels. Licensed euro pallets and round or winged timber pallets are also available, upon request.
