Moisture resistant MDF (MR MDF) is the most versatile of all the MDF products. It is perfect for high moisture areas such as bathrooms and kitchens and invaluable for painted MDF panel projects. Due to its resistance to moisture ingress, MR MDF is perfect for projects such… Skirting Boards Bathroom wall panelling. Kitchen Wall Panelling. Laminated or Painted kitchen cabinet doors. and any indoor environment where moisture may be a concern. In addition, we also recommend it for all DIY painted MDF projects as it is less prone to fibre lift when painted. Using this product will save you a lot time and preparation to achieve perfectly smooth edges.

We believe we offer the widest range of Tongue and Groove Panelling and Cladding options available, cut to size, online. Our “standard” pitch (the distance from the bottom of one groove to the next) options include 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and even a variable, random pitch option. If that does not suit your particular project, we can also provide bespoke, custom width, Tongue and Groove Cladding to suit your exact needs. Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). If you are looking for an inexpensive Shaker Wall Panelling solution, look no further. Our Low Cost Wall Panelling Packs provide a cost effective way to add beautiful, traditional style, wall panelling to your bedroom or other rooms around your home. Suitable for DIY’ers with basic skill levels, and very popular with contractors, our multi packs are available in a choice of thicknesses (6mm, 9mm or 12mm), a choice of widths (50mm, 75mm or 100mm) and choice of 1220mm, 2440mm or 2950mm long, strips. Despite the prefix “low cost”, we only use the highest quality Standard MDF as this ensures the minimum amount of sanding between coats. This, in turn, will you to achieve the best possible finish with the minimum amount of effort (honestly, this does make a difference).

Our Bullnosed wall panel dado rail has been created specifically to fit our T&G & Bead & Butt panelling however, it looks also looks great with our MDF Shaker Style Wall Panelling. The Dado is available with, or without, a pre grooved (rebated) on the rear so that it will sit on top of 6mm, 9mm or 12mm MDF Wall panelling kits and our low cost, DIY wall panelling packs. If you are looking for a Tongue and Groove MDF wall panelling dado rail, or a dado rail to fit our Tongue and Groove Cladding, then please select either the 6mm or 9mm rebated version to suit your choice of panel thickness. Unlike our other dado rail options, our Bullnosed nosed dado profile can also be used on wider strips of MDF to create a shelving for wall panelling projects such as finishing boxed in plumbing for bathrooms and feature shelves above panelling in bedrooms etc.

The most popular or our MDF decorative wall panels is, without doubt, our range of Fluted MDF panels. Available in three “standard” variations, Large, Standard and Mini, each of which is available in primed, and un-primed options as well as a range of sheets sizes and orientations. If you require a “cut to size” service for your particular project, we can also, due to the way our panels are machined, adjust the pitch of our standard and mini fluted MDF panels to suit the width of our panels so they fit your space perfectly. This will allow you to accommodate fixed panel widths on projects such as decorative kitchen island panelling, or decorative feature walls, without awkward partial flutes or unsightly, irregular finishing on end or corner details. Our fluted MDF panels have been used for feature walls in restaurant, hotel and bar interiors, entrance features for high end apartment developments and many other commercial and domestic applications.

Pine Furniture Board is a non-structural, factory made, panel product which is constructed from narrow strips of Scandinavian Pine timber. The strips are planed along their edges and then edge glued together to form wider boards. The boards are then planed to a consistent size and then cut to their finished width and length before leaving the factory. Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. If you are looking for a Small Ribbed, Decorative MDF Panel for your next interior design project, our Mini Ribbed Panelling is the perfect solution. As standard, the panels are available in two thicknesses, two sheet sizes and in two orientations. However, and as the panels are produced in-house, we can provide a range of variations. Our standard panels are 12 or 15mm thick. Upon request, we can provide 22mm, 25mm or 30mm thick panels. 22mm and 25mm being ideal for ribbed effect wardrobe or kitchen doors. Sheet sizes are available in 2400 or 3000mm high x 1200mm wide (portrait, tall & thin) or 1200 high x 2400 or 3000mm wide (landscape, short and wide), each with vertical ribs. The bespoke nature of our business allows to adjust spacings to cater for precise cut to size panels and adjust the angle of the orientation to allow for angled ribbed panels where and when required.

Reeded, Beaded or Ribbed MDF Panels, as we prefer to call our popular decorative wall panel solution, are suitable for a number of applications including restaurant wall cladding, cladding for bar fronts and many other domestic and commercial purposes. Our mini ribbed panelling is also suitable for creating ribbed drawer fronts and ribbed shaker doors for luxury wardrobe designs. Made from Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF is better for painting) our Ribbed MDF panels are available primed or un-primed (raw) and in a range of standard sheets sizes. Product – Finsa Fibracolour Negro The dimensioned drawing shows the profile of the panel when machined with a brand-new cutter. The effect of sharpening on the cutters softens the profile slightly. This is only noticeable when comparing one panel against another that were purchased separately at different times.
