Since the first YAG industrial laser in France was installed in the premises of the company in 1983. 30 years ago STEEC developed unique know-how and competence in this field which it offers its customers as part of its subcontracting service. The company now has 5 laser cutting machines which enable it to meet a wide range of requirements. These machines, in which the company continually investing, have been custom designed according to STEEC specification in order to comply with the quality and precision standards demanded by the customers. Using its highly efficient innovating machines STEEC carries out very high precision cutting on flat and tubular parts with thickness ranging from 3mm to 2µm !

Self-tapping threaded inserts for making high-strength, wear-free, vibration resistant screw connections in materials with low shear strength such as aluminium and aluminium alloys, brass, bronze, cast iron, duro and thermoplastics. The threaded inserts are tapered at the bottom and have a cutting slot. By screwing in they cut their own threads inside a receiver hole. This guarantees a completely secure and firm anchoring in the host material. Internal thread D1 acc. to ISO 6H. The threaded inserts with cutting slot spring slightly inwards in the slot region in some materials. This results in a screw locking effect. If this is not desired, we recommend the threaded inserts with a cutting bore.

Our Bullnosed wall panel dado rail has been created specifically to fit our T&G & Bead & Butt panelling however, it looks also looks great with our MDF Shaker Style Wall Panelling. The Dado is available with, or without, a pre grooved (rebated) on the rear so that it will sit on top of 6mm, 9mm or 12mm MDF Wall panelling kits and our low cost, DIY wall panelling packs. If you are looking for a Tongue and Groove MDF wall panelling dado rail, or a dado rail to fit our Tongue and Groove Cladding, then please select either the 6mm or 9mm rebated version to suit your choice of panel thickness. Unlike our other dado rail options, our Bullnosed nosed dado profile can also be used on wider strips of MDF to create a shelving for wall panelling projects such as finishing boxed in plumbing for bathrooms and feature shelves above panelling in bedrooms etc.

Reeded, Beaded or Ribbed MDF Panels, as we prefer to call our popular decorative wall panel solution, are suitable for a number of applications including restaurant wall cladding, cladding for bar fronts and many other domestic and commercial purposes. Our mini ribbed panelling is also suitable for creating ribbed drawer fronts and ribbed shaker doors for luxury wardrobe designs. Made from Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF is better for painting) our Ribbed MDF panels are available primed or un-primed (raw) and in a range of standard sheets sizes.
