Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. Pine Furniture Board is a non-structural, factory made, panel product which is constructed from narrow strips of Scandinavian Pine timber. Not all MDF panel products are made equal, in fact there many varieties of MDF, each having its own specific purpose. Our White Moisture Resistant MDF board is specifically designed for use as a pre-finished board that can be used in areas that are prone to moisture or occasional wetting. This product features all the qualities of standard White Melamine faced board, easy to work with, easy to machine, clean cutting (when cut correctly) and the ability to take an edging. The obvious advantage is that it can be used in environments such as kitchens and bathrooms without the risk of swelling caused by the ingress of moisture. Our Moisture Resistant White Melamine Faced board is commonly used in the manufacture of permanent and mobile bars as well as “breakout areas” and office kitchen areas. Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. When ordering edging please enter your overall dimensions, we will allow for the the thickness of the edging. You can select how many edges you would like edged using our drop down menu. Suitable for DIY’ers with basic skill levels, and very popular with contractors, our multi packs are available in a choice of thicknesses (6mm, 9mm or 12mm), a choice of widths (50mm, 75mm or 100mm) and choice of 1220mm, 2440mm or 2950mm long, strips. Despite the prefix “low cost”, we only use the highest quality Standard MDF as this ensures the minimum amount of sanding between coats. This, in turn, will you to achieve the best possible finish with the minimum amount of effort (honestly, this does make a difference).
