Swivel motors from this series are generally suitable when program sequences such as acceleration – travel – deceleration in open-loop or closed-loop controlled systems are determined via proportional or servo valves. The swivel motors in this series are often also suitable in combination with simple hydraulic circuits if the inertia forces occurring are small, e.g. when opening and closing emptying systems, actuating valves, placing and removing workpieces, swiveling load handling devices and much more. In order to provide our customers with the right drive for all areas of application, the HSG swivel motor is available in a total of 11 different versions. They are produced with double shafts. On the shaft, there are detachable fixed spiral leaves and washing shovels lined up with the most suitable combination. It is very easy to replace shovels and spiral leaves since they are detachable connected. These shafts are driven by motor, reducer and belt pulley system.

These are conveyors used for general transportation purposes, in the horizontal or inclined transmission of a wide variety of products to different distances. Material transportation in belt conveyors is provided by the belt stretched between the tension drum and the drive drum, which is moved by a motor-reducer system. Belt selection is made according to the type of product to be transported and types such as PVC, polyurethane, rubber and mesh belts can be selected. It is suitable for transporting boxed, bulk and packaged products. It is the conveyor type with the widest usage area, and its usage capacity is also highly variable. Conveyor leg group and chassis are made of Aluminum or electrostatic powder coated steel construction.

Powering and controlling the motors within the system is done via MCC panels. Contains equipment required for MCC panels, main supply units and remote control. It also has the necessary communication infrastructure for PLC, central automation and SCADA systems. The system automatically protects the motors and all electrical equipment in the field against excessive voltage drops and rises.
