MOTORIZED STANDARD CONVEYOR TAPES WITH FIXED SPEED Motorized conveyor tapes are made of a structure in painted steel section with adjustable height supports and a smooth pvc carpet and a smooth pvc carpet moving on a sheet plane. They are used for the transport of boxes and packages in industrial and productive setting. They can be combined with weighing systems, counting, inkjet markers and used as transport systems and sorting boxes. If properly designed can also transport up/down hills. Complete with motors of adequate power, electrical system and start/stop switch. The geared motor unit is installed inside of the supporting structure to limit the overall dimensions. The PVC carpet is full of guides and has the metal junction to make easier the disassembly, the cleaning and the maintenance. The speed of tape is fixed so it cannot be regulated.
