Our range of Flange Protection & Pipe Protection products includes a number of standard and unique solutions for the covering/protection of the pipe or flange. Some of our solutions include full face protectors as well as stick on discs which can be placed where-ever deemed fit to prevent damage and to protect the application. These types of products are regularly employed where the flange/pipe is in transit, preventing costly damage to it whilst it is being transported or stored. Flange & Pipe Protection is essential during transport or storage, purely due to the high cost of such items. Being a low cost option, these work out fractions of the price to potentially repairing or replacing solutions if damaged.

Mikropor Compressed Air Filters have been designed to meet all requirements of the compressed air filtration world. The pressure relief valves GEMÜ N085 and N185 protect the plant and the piping system against gauge pressure and reduces pressure peaks. We also keep a number of Rubber seals in stock to ensure a full selection, this includes O-Rings and rubber cording. Our gaskets are regularly used to seal off the flange of a pipe and come in two different types as standard, these being insertion and full face. Gaskets are available in a number of custom sizes to fit, as per your project requirements. Stocked in high quality rubbers and polymers, these can be affixed onto a pipe face to protect and seal simultaneously.

The valve is equipped with a control solenoid valve that is switched on at pump starting and is able to fulfill pipe line gradually, reducing pressure rising peaks and allowing soft starting of the pump with closed outlet. The valve controls pump stopping as well, gradually closing before sending a closing signal to the pump. In case of casual pump stop, the valve acts also as an automatic check valve, preventing backflow over the impeller.
