Using the SFU frequency converter for optimum adjustment to changing conditions, this efficiency will increase even more. Thanks to leading-edge control technology, the SFU permanently adjusts the discharge rate to specific requirements. Whenever the rate has to be reduced or the pump has to be operated with changing volume flows, using a frequency converter will save you lots of money. Thus, the power required by a pump running at half speed is only 12% of the original demand. So the system operates with optimum efficiency but saves a lot of energy, especially in part-load operation.

Slow moving bearings(DN-value < 50,000) should be filled completely, normal moving bearings should be filled to 1/3 of the free inner housing space. The creep resistance of these alloys is ten times better than that of pure molybdenum and they are also exceptionally ductile. As a result, our charge systems are perfectly equipped to cope with frequent changes between high and low temperatures.

Real time x-ray system for low pressure compressors and stators inspection The AIS203RD has been created to inspect metallic and non-metallic components in all sorts of industry but mostly in Aeronautics. Every single element of the installation is configurable and highly flexible to be used in different applications in digital radiography. The system is built around a robot for the detector/source movements in order to provide the user with every possible inspection angle that could be required and that can be fitted on the main manipulator. All sequences of inspection can be manual with a digital axis manipulation or automated with the Inspection Suite of software, allowing the user to simply load the part inspection process and press start. It is not only automated but can also be installed with the ADR module which will considerably increase the efficiency and speed of inspection.

The machine is designed for cleaning and degreasing of engine blocks, gearboxes, and other machine parts. The dimension of the engine block 2500x950x800 mm and load capacity max. 2500 kg. The parts are placed on a mobile table, which is positioned in front of the machine and via a mechanical actuator, the board of the table moves inside. The cleaning is carried out by three nozzle collectors – two fixed and one movable. The machine has a mud sump and oil separator. The mud sump catches gross dirt larger than 1.5 mm. DOLFİN-KBN1 series parts washing machines are used before and after overhaul in repair and maintenance services, especially for washing large and heavy parts. Apart from revision workshops, it is also used for cleaning the surfaces before assembly or packaging in enterprises and factories that produce parts in series. They are special devices designed for large sized and heavy parts such as engines and parts of construction machines, power plant turbines. While the parts placed in the device are rotated on its own axis by means of the washing basket, pressurised detergent hot water is sprayed. Thanks to the pressure, temperature and chemical effect, all oil and dirt on the parts are cleaned.

With the help of the MULTICELL concept, small multi-head applications can be easily implemented. In general, the plastic parts to be welded are loaded directly below the sonotrodes. A shuttle table can be optionally integrated for improved handling. This modular concept is particularly suitable for 20 kHz applications with sound insulation and can be customized by installation of a large number of accessory options. The compact make-up and high degree of mobility allow for universal application in manufacturing.

Metzner provides a number of proven automation solutions for the automatic loading and unloading of coating carriers for CVD and PVD coatings. The abbreviations PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) and CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) stand for different coating processes. When loading the PVD spears, we differentiate between "single-loading" and "back-to-back loading". In addition to part loading, spacers are loaded onto the spears in addition to the parts. In single-loading, a spacer is located behind each individual insert, whereas in back-to-back-loading, two inserts are placed "back to back" and only then is a spacer loaded. To implement "back-to-back-loading", a turning station is integrated into the machinery. This station is used to turn the corresponding insert by 180 degrees, loading it directly onto the respective spear.

Metzner powder press and indexable insert automations of the "RPA 3-SC series" automatically remove pressed blanks from a powder press and deposit them quickly and gently in a definable sample. In the "RPA 3-SC1", the transfer of the individual sintering plates and the loading of the blanks is carried out by a SCARA 4-axis robot. The empty sintering plates are placed manually into a sintering plate magazine, removed with a sintering plate gripper if necessary, and fed to the loading position. The robot then moves to a gripper station, deposits the sintering plate gripper, picks up a part gripper, and starts loading the sintering plate. In the "RPA 3-SC2", sintering plates are placed manually on a double conveyor belt. One sintering plate at a time is automatically transported to the loading position via the conveyor belt. The robot immediately starts to load the blanks. Loaded sintering plates are ejected from the loading position and manually removed from the conveyor belt.

nduction Heating and Joining in one turnkey system. This turnkey system is used to heat electric motor housings with various dimensions for a wide range of joining processes. Example Heating System 1: the die-cast aluminium housing for an asynchronous motor (diameter 450 mm) is heated to approx. 290°C in approx. 5 minutes to fit the wound stator package. The parts are loaded and unloaded from the feeding belt parallel to the working time. The heating process takes place in two independent work stations. The generator has a switched output which means that only one generator is required for the two heating stations. The system is controlled using a SIEMENS PLC controller. Example Heating System 2: the aluminium housing (diameter 140 mm) of a synchronous motor is heated to approx. 280°C in approx. 3 minutes to fit the stator. The component is loaded into and unloaded from the heating station semiautomatically. The system is controlled using a PLC.
