Fleetmaster CNG 15W/40 is a specially formulated multigrade 15W/40 oil tailored to meet the unique demands of compressed natural gas (CNG) engines found in modern commercial vehicles and buses. CNG engines operate at elevated temperatures, which can lead to oil degradation and thickening, ultimately diminishing engine protection. This can result in various issues, including the formation of inlet valve deposits, outlet valve recession, bearing corrosion, increased oil consumption, and a shortened lifespan for lubricants. Fleetmaster CNG 15W/40 is engineered to mitigate the adverse effects of these conditions, ensuring improved engine protection and extended oil durability.

Direct acting solenoid valve are operated directly with the force of the solenoid and due to the same even in 0 bar inlet pressure or 0 bar differential pressure between inlet and outlet port such valve can fully open or close. Generally, as here solenoid force is used, generally this force is counter with the pressure force and/or spring force to Open or Close the solenoid valve. Due the same it has a limitation on the combination of orifice and pressure rating it can provide for a given solenoid force. There are some exception designs which are called pressure balance solenoid valve design but apart from that most of the 3 way direct acting solenoid valve design has this limitation.

The valve isolates pumps from the system during pumps starting and stopping to protect pipe lines and pumps itself. The valve is equipped with a control solenoid valve that is switched on at pump starting and is able to fulfill pipe line gradually, reducing pressure rising peaks and allowing soft starting of the pump with closed outlet. The valve controls pump stopping as well, gradually closing before sending a closing signal to the pump. In case of casual pump stop, the valve acts also as an automatic check valve, preventing backflow over the impeller.

During the PSA process compressed, cleaned ambient air is led to a molecular sieve bed, which allows the oxygen to pass through as a product gas, but adsorbs other gases. The sieve releases the adsorbed gases to the atmosphere, when the outlet valve isclosed and the bed pressure returns to ambient pressure. Subsequently the bed will be purged with oxygen before fresh compressed air will enter for a new production cycle. In order to guarantee a constant product flow, O-GEN oxygen generators use modules of two molecular sieve beds, which alternatively switch between the adsorption and the regeneration phase. Under normal operating conditions and with correct maintenance the molecular sieve beds will have an almost indefinite lifetime.

WOS CD can evenly distribute collected condensate between up to three WOS 35 water oil separators.
