The molecules of the aluminum foil are set in rotating vibrations, creating heat that is used for the sealing process. Enercon has two coil design types, each with several variations, to ensure the perfect coil is available for the size and type of your container and cap for your application to deliver perfect, consistent seals. Tunnel coils facilitate higher throughputs than the more traditional flat coils. The Deep Tunnel Coil is used for conical, spouted and other shaped caps. The All-in-One Coil is a variation of the Flat Coil. It is available with the Super Seal™ range and Super Seal™ Touch. This flat sealing head can be pivoted to accommodate various applications. Many of the issues causing poor seals happen upstream, in the filling or capping area: a seal cannot be achieved with a missing cap or a cap with a missing foil. The capper can also cause stalled bottles under the induction coil where caps are loose or partially fitted or the cap is incorrectly fitted or too high. Issues downstream from the sealer can cause containers to back- up under the sealing head. Special sealers ME 455/605 VAD with air suction system (max 80%) suitable for volume reduction and better preservation of products. The machine is equipped with a double sealing bar with a sealing width of 5 mm, an electric pedal drive and pneumatic cylinders, mobile nozzles for air intake, an adjustable timer for suction, sealing and cooling. The ME 4510/6010 VAG model with a ATM gas injection system is also available. VERTICAL VACUUM SEALING MACHINE FOR BAGS - ALSO WITH MAP GAS INLET The sealers mod. DZQ 600 LS/DZQ 800 LS are multifunctional machines suitable for sealing and vacuum packing large bags and sacks, also in MAP (with technical gas injection). The vacuum pump of 20 mc./h. it minimizes air intake times and the machines are equipped with valves for the injection of inert gas for packaging in a modified atmosphere. The vertical model with pedestal can be tilted to 90 degrees, has a special support surface to support the bag during sealing. In this way the operator has both hands free to hold the bag since the sealing is made by pressing the pedal.
