For forced cooling, Seifert electronic offers compact fan units in various performance classes. The variable fin spacing in the high-performance heat sinks ensures strong cooling during fan operation. In forced convection cooling, fans are required as separate sources of convection. To ensure optimal convection during fan operation, it is recommended to incorporate heat sink profiles. The fin spacing in heat sink profiles is particularly important, as increasing the surface area is key for forced cooling. To push this boundary further, we have continuously reduced the fin spacing in our profiles. Depending on the model, up to three fans per cooler are possible, which can optionally be equipped with pressure chambers for improved air guidance. Most heat sinks are already equipped with aerodynamically designed hollow fins. Additionally, air deflectors for air guidance are available for some heat sink profiles.

Filtering plant FTC-AS 6.Bd is designed for the complete set of machines for thermal metal cutting. Productivity – 6 000 m³/h. It is installed using modular panels, which provides a modular structure of the installation. The installation is made of 2 mm thick steel with subsequent powder coating. The fan unit is located in a noise-absorbing housing. Contaminated air containing waste particles obtained during production is transported to the filtering plant and the heavier particles in the settling chamber fall into the dust collection compartment of the unit, while the air containing small light particles is filtered in cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane . The installation performs fine filtering. Cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane provide fine filtration of air with a size of solid particles from 0.3 microns, the degree of air purification is 100%, which makes it possible to return purified air to the workshop.

ILA maleend flexible duct connectors are used for joining two round SPIRAL or plain ducts. They are most often used for connecting air handling units, heat recuperation units, and duct fans. The flexible duct connector deadens the vibration generated by the equipment to prevent vibration and noise in the ductwork and ensure improved acoustic performance of the ventilation system. The flexible piece is made from AMT balancing tape, a standalone product available in different sizes and materials, including a heatresistant version. The standard version is male. The femaleended version is available on request for connecting two fittings.

Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. The VolumION is a very robust ionizing air blower with an effective ionising width of 500 mm. The VolumION consists of a motor, two fans and an ionisation unit. The iGRAIN Relay Output Unit is a control module designed for automatic control of aeration and head space ventilation fans. The unit is controlled from the iGRAIN Dashboard Manager or control board via RS485 MODBUS. Each unit has 8 relays with NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) relay contacts and the status of each relay is indicated with a diode. Each relay unit can be set to an individual address and be installed remotely where the aeration power relays are located. The unit is normally only used for aeration control if there is no PLC/SCADA system available. The ROTIMAT 1A has been designed for the spray cleaning of all workpieces that can be placed in the sturdy rotating basket. Electrical and electronic equipment mounted inside a cabinet generate heat that raises the temperature internal air. Over time, the ever increasing heat can cause sensitive devices to malfunctions. Additionally, heat accumulation can cause circuit breakers to trip which can result in system shut down. Fan filter units are used for enclosure climate control to dissipate heat from within the enclosure to prevent the premature failure of the equipment inside it. It helps to increase an operational reliability and a service life for electrical and electronic systems. Filter fans will cool enclosures to a level slightly above the ambient temperature outside the cabinet. To cool enclosure contents, the fans draw filtered ambient air into the cabinet. At the same time, the heated air within the cabinet is blown out an exhaust. The exhaust is also filtered which creates airflow resistance and a slightly higher pressure inside the enclosure.

The filter housing is made of sturdy steel plate with a reinforcement of structural steel frame. Equipped with inlet and outlet openings for the dusty or filtered air. The inspection cap is used to control the automatic filter and has a flap for access to the built-in filter cartridges. These are made of folded polyester material having a filter area of each of 8 and 14 m². Provided with upper and lower reinforcing rings of plastics material for fastening in the holders. The dust drawer is equipped with wheels, allowing easy extraction during disposal of the dust.
