Green tea, known for its antioxidant properties, is the most widespread and appreciated drink in the East. Thanks to its processing, it maintains a high percentage of polyphenols. Green tea leaves retain their natural green color because they are not subjected to any process that alters their chemical properties. Freshly harvested leaves are treated with heat which inhibits the enzymes responsible for oxidation. This stabilization can be done dry – in special concave pan-like containers – by air or by steam. The subsequent steps are very different depending on the product you want to obtain. Afterwards, the leaves are dried and ready for packaging. You can choose between Kukicha, Zagara and Green Lychee

The coffee cultivated by Carlos on his plantation in Honduras has a quite rich aromatic and taste profile. Thanks to 48 hours of natural fermentation, with this coffee we can enjoy both the sweet notes of milk chocolate and caramel as well as the fruitier ones of orange and green apple. An explosive mix that remains always balanced with a medium acidity.

Both Italian products certified for MOCA and produced using compostable raw material certified according to the UNI EN 13432:2022 standard. In restaurant premises, hygiene is guaranteed by the operator who, provided with disposable gloves (mandatory), delivers the coffee to the customer inside the compostable plastic cup and the relative compostable scoop, both placed on the saucer... idem in the phase takeaway. Due to small runs starting at 500 pieces, every taste of your ground coffee can have their own specific design, making it easy for customers to differentiate the range. Special editions and product tests are no problem either and quickly realized due to our digital processes and fast delivery. Our pouches are fully printed – save time by not sticking labels and win space for your branding and product information.
