The rapid change system EWS-Varia allows to set-up a modern CNC lathe or a turning milling center – and this flexibly. A tool change will just take 20 seconds, which is an unbeatable argument especially in small batch productions whenever it is about reducing the set-up time and thus increasing the productivity. The advantages, however, are also evident in large batch productions. Preset twin tools lie at the machine, thus significantly reducing the down-times. EWS.PSC offers maximum stability and rigidity coupled with maximum flexibility. Significantly reduce your setup and changeover times while maintaining high mold flexibility. he EWS.PSC program includes a wide range of standard tools with PSC shank for milling spindles as well as tool systems with PSC spindle for lathes. Wastewater can also be used many times over consecutively as energy source. Despite new inflows, or the confluence into larger canals, but also through heat influx from cooling systems, the change in temperature of the wastewater is mostly marginal. Innovative cities have ready energy guidelines (energy plans), based on which you can orient yourself to find out whether there is a suitable wastewater canal in your near vicinity (maximally approx. at a distance of 200 m).

This results in uniformly thick films, sheets or coatings even with fluctuations in the feed, material change or when starting the system. The automatic control and the extrusion close to the set point also achieve considerable material savings and quality improvement.

The high-performance sewing machine from STATEC BINDER stands for precise and reliable bag sealing of woven PP, paper or PE bags. Two different variants can be used for sewing the bags. On the one hand there is the straight-line bag infeed, in which the bag is fed to the sewing head by means of a belt drive and then sewn at the upper end. The second variant is the bag edge folding, in which the bag is folded at the upper end when it is pulled in and then sewn. In order to change from one system to the other, it is only necessary to replace a simple device. The bag to be sewn is fed to the sewing machine via one of the two variants mentioned above. Depending on the sewing speed and performance, the stitch length is between 7 and 12 mm. A cutter at the end cuts the thread. The sewing head is driven by a motor with frequency converter. A big advantage over the drive via belt pulleys is a more precise adjustment of the speed.
