Double-row angular contact ball bearings are used in applications when heavy radial, thrust or combined loads demand axial rigidity of the shaft are required. This is similar to a duplex pair of single- row bearings due to its two rows of balls and angular-contact construction, which provide greater axial and radial rigidity than can be obtained by using a single-row radial bearing. The angular beaker, available in three different sizes, is particularly flexible and enables precise sampling. The position of the beaker can be set at different angles so that samples can be taken from different depths and surface conditions, even from areas that are difficult to access. The sampler is particularly suitable for taking samples from basins, tanks, shafts, open water etc. Sample depths of up to 6 m can be reached with the length-adjustable aluminium telescopic rods. The TeleSchöpfer telescopic rod with tools is a versatile sampling system. The interchangeable tools (angular beaker, pendulum beaker, bottle holder, stainless steel beaker and landing net) are suitable for a wide range of applications. The tools are firmly connected to the telescopic rod by a practical snap connection.

Due to their preload, the angular contact ball bearings provide a high level of stiffness, excellent concentricity, precise tool positioning and repeatability. The bearing friction coefficient Mrl is a reference value. The moment of inertia corresponds to that of the rotating inner ring. The limiting speeds are applicable after grease is applied. Technical data All bearings are supplied ready for mounting with lubricating grease type KE2P35 acc. to DIN 51825. Housing and shaft tolerances correspond to roundness tolerance class IT2 and perpendicularity tolerance class IT4.

Angular expansion joints absorb movements perpendicular to the bracing lane. The reaction forces caused by the internal pressure are absorbed by the hinge frame. In pipelines of larger nominal size and high pressure only tensioned angular expansion joints in the form of hinge-systems are able to absorb the expansion. Thus, for pipelines expansion joints are only installed as hinge-systems (combination of either 2 or 3 expansion joints). Those are L-, U- or Z-shaped. This requires additionally a 90 ° redirection of the pipeline. Thereby, stress due to inner pressure will be absorbed by the hinge tensioning. In case those systems cannot be applied due to missing space, special-purpose solutions like pressure-balanced expansion joints can be installed.. The shrink tunnel, equipped with temperature adjustments, height and speed, is incorporated in order to make the machine compact and versatile, suitable for series production. The welding time is electronically set and the absence of fumes is ensured by teflon-coated blades. The sealing bar motorized, equipped with security system, the closed circuit cooling plant and motorized scrap-winder, are part of the standard equipment of the machine. Like all Hense rotary vane motors, rotary vane motors in the HSS series are designed according to the rotary vane principle. The drive shaft has axial and radial plain bearings in coated bushes. The coating used is tribologically optimized and ensures low wear. Sufficient lubrication of the bearing points is ensured by the supplied hydraulic oil. To reduce the internal friction of the motor, the hydraulic separation of the working chambers in this series is partly achieved by means of pressure and viscosity-dependent throttle sections. HSS motors are ideal for generating oscillating swivel movements in the frequency range with small angular amplitudes in controlled systems. The HSS series is therefore recommended for use whenever semi-dynamic torsion tests need to be carried out reliably and cost-effectively.

Series DRVL torque transducers are suitable for lab and industrial applications because of their small size and multiple mounting options. As supply voltage and output signal are transmitted without contact, the device can operate continuously with low wear and no maintenance. These transducers are also available with optional speed and angular measurement for a host of applications. The integrated signal amplifier is powered with 10 - 28,8 V DC and outputs an electrically isolated analog signals of 0 ± 10 V and 10 kHz ± 5 kHz. The standard version has smooth shaft ends, several types are available with optional keyways
