This workstation enables the manual serialisation of drug packages and their aggregation into shipping cases. For this purpose, each individual box is first printed with order-related serialisation data by a thermal inkjet printing system as it passes by and then manually placed in a shipping carton. The correct print data and print quality are permanently monitored by a vision system. The operator places the medicine products to be serialized on a reference edge at the infeed. As soon as the thermal inkjet printer has printed the serialisation data, the integrated vision system checks that the data is correct. If an error is detected (e.g. insufficient grading), the product stops at a certain position marked by red LEDs. The removal of the rejected product must be confirmed by pressing a button on the HMI.

Aselplast tape is proper for all kinds of boxes or packaging materials for manual or automatic packing. It doesn't turn on to yellow due to the water-based acrylic adhesive. Convenient to use at low temperatures. It’s really strong therefore it never unpacks by natural causes.

We will select the optimal solution from the tool for wrapping with strapping tape in your conditions. We have a selection of manual devices for packaging with plastic straps of the best producers from different countries. Mechanical devices are suitable for strapping small industries. For tension of the tape, a tension machine (tensioner) is used, then the ends of the tape are fastened with a metal bracket with the help of pliers (clamping device). The combined tool combines the two devices at once listed above and is used only when fastening horizontally.
