The Quick Test for Synthetic Marijuana (K2) is a chromatographic rapid immunoassay for the detection of the synthetic Marijuana metabolite in human saliva. The K2-S rapid test (using saliva) is an immunoassay based on the principle of competitive binding. The Synthetic Marijuana metabolite, if present in the Oral Fluid sample below 25 ng/mL, will not saturate the binding sites of the antibody coated particles on the test equipment.
