The Giardia ScreenVet test is designed to detect Giardia Iamblia antigens in stool. Two antibodies in the kit specifically bind to different epitopes of the antigens. After being absorbed by the cellulose pad, the Giardia Iamblia antigens move and bind with the anti-Giardia oro-colloidal complex on the conjugate pad, forming an Ab-Ag complex. This complex then forms an Ab-Ag-Ab sandwich by binding directly with the antibody of another monoclonal anti-Giardia in the nitrocellulose membrane. The test results can appear on the Control and Test lines that employ the principles of immunocromatography.

FIV Antibody + FeLV Antigen Combo (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a combined rapid cassette test, capable of separately diagnosing the presence of Feline Immunodeficiency Antibody and Feline Leukemia Virus Antigen in Feline Whole Blood, serum or plasma. FIV Antibody + FeLV Antigen Combo is a lateral flow immunochromatographic rapid cassette test using the direct (or Sandwich) method. The device has two test windows. Each test window has an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When the sample is applied to the wells (S) on the cassette, the liquid flows sideways on the surface of the test strip. If there is a sufficient amount of Feline immunodeficiency antibody or Feline leukemia virus antigen in the sample, a visible T line will be displayed in the corresponding test window. Line C should always appear after applying a sample, thus indicating that the result is valid.

ScreenVet LSH antibody rapid cassette test (whole blood/serum/plasma) is based on the principle of lateral flow immunochromatographic examination and uses the direct flow method for the qualitative detection of Leishmania antibody (LSH Ab) in whole blood, serum or canine plasma. The Leishmania ScreenVet Test Kit is designed to detect Leishmania antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma. After being absorbed by the cellulose swab, the Leishmania antibodies move and bind to the Leishmania antigen orocolloid complex on the conjugated swab, forming an Ag-Ab complex. This complex then forms an Ag-Ab-Ag sandwich directly linked to the Leishmania antigen (Ag) on ​​the nitrocellulose membrane. The test results can form the Control and Test lines for which the principles of immunochromatography are employed.
