ELECTRICAL EURO-HOLE CUTTING MACHINE FPE2-EURO E The punching FPE2 EURO-E is a silent machine, fast and safe with a sturdy steel frame and powerful electric motor that allows the creation of the euro-hole 32 mm on cardboard, blister, plastic, leather, etc., with thickness up to 3 mm. The operation is very simple, once the product is inserted under the punch, the euro-hole can be made by an electric pedal, especially useful in soft material houses and therefore difficult to detect from the sensor, or via switch (product presence sensor) positioned on the head of the punching machine. MECHANICAL CUTTING MACHINE FPE2-EURO M - EURO-HOLE The FPE2-EURO M die-cutting machine is a simple and safe machine with a sturdy steel structure that allows the realization of a 32 mm hole in cardboard, blister, plastic, leather, etc. with thickness up to 3 mm. The punch is easily replaceable and is equipped with a rubber extractor device to facilitate the extraction of the scrap. Operation is manual by mechanical pedal. The punch is an element subject to wear and must be replaced periodically.

The quality of the welded structures is guaranteed by non-destructive tests carried out on request by our qualified in-house personnel or by certified external organizations. We also perform dimensional tests that, on the basis of the precision required, are made using calibers, micrometers or the special tool “FARO Cam2 Laser Tracker Vantage”. Other types of processing can also be handled by us, such as distension heat treatment, metallic galvanization, chrome plating and other treatments, through our partnership with qualified suppliers with whom we have established advantageous collaboration for many years.

Thanks to our long-standing partnership with Brutti S.r.l., we can manage processes like metallic shot blasting, metallic sandblasting, painting of metal parts and assembly.

The machine tool department has a wide range of advanced machinery that enables the company to perform mechanical processes of milling, boring, drilling and lathing on products of medium and large size (single items or small lots). At the present time, the company is able to produce structures measuring up to 12000 x 1300 x 3000 mm height, guaranteeing excellent quality standards every step of the way. The mechanical processes done with CNC machine tools guarantee optimization of the work while reducing production time. The higher quality is observable in the finished piece and in the respect of the tolerances indicated by the client. The company department devoted to mechanical processing on commission is equipped with hoisting systems that facilitate handling. Recently, we installed a bridge crane with a capacity of 32+16 Tons that can be used to move large parts, optimizing the time employed to provide better service.

For years, Perozeni S.r.l. has been active in the field of medium-heavy mechanical and metalworks, constructing systems, machinery or parts of machines (for a wide range of sectors), even of exceptionally large size, on commission for its clients. This centre is particularly suitable for multiple – high precision – high production operations and characterised by its 7 station – horizontal axis, rotating table on which the parts holding tooling is mounted. Two counter opposed, multi spindle units and a series of additional units and accessories can be positioned on the three work sides, giving the system high productivity. The particular ergonomic structure allows easy set-up – ease of use and maintenance.

The Minimax work centre was developed for operations on series of small/medium sized parts. With its auto loader and the vast number of accessories which can be installed they offer not only high productivity but also ease of use and retooling.

The only Pick-up lathe with counter headstock for machining of part from opposite side to first gripping. The extreme precision and repeatability permits operations of turning, milling and, above all, finishing operations by grinding with wheel spindle and disk dresser, hard turning with CBN tools.

Mesh welding machine for the production of electrowelded mesh fed by wires. The automatic wire mesh welding machine can manufacture electrowelded mesh from prestraightened wire, both longitudinal and transversal.
