Baking varnish is a special joining technology for sheet metal packages. After the individual lamellas have been cut, electrical steel with a baking varnish coating is baked into a sheet metal package in a two-stage temperature step. The result is a full-surface, solid connection between the individual sheets with complete insulation. Sheet metal packages manufactured in this way have high precision and perfect magnetic properties. Advantages of the Backlack process: The Backlack process offers several advantages over alternative packaging processes, which we will discuss in detail below. Precision – Sheets coated with baking varnish are baked over the entire surface. This means that even delicate slats can be assembled precisely.

All steel fitting products up to the diameter 48” in accordance with the standard TS EN 448 and fittings of other pipe types as special production can be manufactured as pre-insulated fittings.

GRE and GRP pipes have advantages such as lightness, corrosion resistance, high pressure strength, and they are manufactured as pre-insulated under the brand of Yalcın Boru. GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) Pipe GRE pipe is resistant to the abrasive effects of caustic substances and acid concentrations due to its chemical composition. For this reason, it is used in fire, drinking water and cooling water transmission lines, power plants and industrial waste water systems. GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) Pipe GRP pipe is a type of pipe that does not corrode, has insulating feature and can operate in a wide range of pH. Drinking water and clean water transmission lines, piping lines of chemical plants and circulation lines of power plants are among the prominent areas of use of these pipes.

The steel pipes used in the manufacturing of pre-insulated pipes are manufactured longitudinally welded (ERW) or spirally welded (SAW) in accordance with the norms required by the standard TS EN 253 or customer demands. Pipes comprise three basic materials. Carrier pipes are established as steel, copper or plastic based according to the properties of the carried fluids. Casing pipes are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) raw material, with UV resistance, 100% waterproof and with online corona. PUR ( POLYURETHANE INSULATION MATERIAL) that is injected between the carrier pipe and casing pipe provides heat insulation besides enabling two pipes operating as one pipe by bonding them together.

Galvanised steel pipes, which are resistant to and all kinds of wear such as corrosion etc. compared to black pipes, are manufactured as pre-insulated to prevent heat loss when used in service water installations, fire hydrant lines and boiler lines.

In 20, 25 or 30 m insulated coils, it can be cut, flared or crimped on-site.Black elastomer insulation (13 or 19mm) is generally used in Industrial refrigeration or in very humid regions. The copper coil offers the advantage of being independent and can be cut to the required length. Tubes are already insulated which saves time during installation. Elastomer-insulated tube only exists in mono-tube.

Designed for the manufacture of highvoltage insulators (550 kV), this press is one of the largest presses made by REP. The dimensions of the parts to be injected explain the huge size of the press 660 mm in diameter, 2,600 mm long, moulded in one go. The production of a complete insulator is therefore performed in one or two cycles, thus significantly increasing the profitability and reliability of the parts. The STIFERITE AI6 panel is suggested for walls and floors. Ideal for applications requiring a vapore barrier. Available in AI8 version, embossed aluminium facer of 80 µm. STIFERITE GTE a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered by a GasTight multilayer aluminium foil facer reinforced on one of the sides by glass netting. The GTE panel is suggested for insulation of pitched roofs or flat roofs under synthetic mantles, walls, normal and heated floors, and applications requiring a vapour barrier. STIFERITE GT a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on both sides with a special facer named Duotwin®. The GT panel is suggested for insulation of pitched roofs, flat roofs under cement slabs or synthetic membranes or bituminous glued, parameter walls, civil and industrial floors. STIFERITE Isoventilato a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on the top side by a water impermeable and vapore permeable Laminglass facer, and on the botton side by a saturated mineral fibre facer. Incorporated into the foam of the Isoventilato panel are wood (OSB3) laths that run along the entire length of the top side of the panel. STIFERITE RP is an high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell rigid polyisocyanurate polyiso foam. It's covered on both side with multilayer facing, and bonded to one side with a 13 mm (1/2 inch) plasterboard. It is available on request RP1 WP made with STIFERITE and a waterrepellent plasterboard 13 mm The RP panel is suggested for insulation of internal walls and suspended metal frame ceilings. STIFERITE FIRE B a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on one side by a mineralized fibre glass facers, and the other, to be positioned on toward the side more exposed to the risk of fire, by fibre glass with additional mineral fibre named STIFERITE FIRE B facer®. Specifically suggested for insulation of ventilated facades (it meets the requirements of the Technical Guide of “Anti fire safety requirements of facades in residential buildings” dated 15/04/2013). The FIRE B panel is suggested for Insulation of walls as in “ventilated facades”. STIFERITE Class S a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on both sides by saturated fibre glass facers. The Class S panel is suggested for insulation of flat roofs under synthetic mantles inview or weighted down and under bituminous mantles applied cold (not torched), pitched roofs, walls and floors. Also available in version Class SH with compression strength resistance of 200 kPa Produced by a company certified with systems ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. STIFERITE Class B a high performance insulation board manufactured from CFC or HCFC free closed cell Polyiso (PIR) rigid foam, covered on the top side by a bitumenous mineral fibre facer, ideal for hot torch applications, and saturated mineral fibre facer on the bottom side. The Class B panel is suggested for roofs under bituminous waterproofing mantles and where high resistance to a flame torch is required. U801/U809 continuous filament mats represent specific solutions to homogeneously reinforce expanded polyurethane foam. CUSTOMIZED FOR P U FOAM PROCESS U801/U809 specific design helps to even mat expansion during the PU foaming process. U809 is compatible with CO2 blowing agent used in insulating material manufacturing process. Excellent glass/polyurethane bonding brings improved mechanical performance and dimensional stability to the PU foam. U801 superior drapability fits the most complex mold shapes. CORROSION RESISTANCE Excellent corrosion resistance with Advantex® Glass compared to standard Eglass providing longer service life in applications facing corrosion. U801/U809 mats are compatible with polyurethane resin systems and designed for PU foam reinforcement process. U809 is suited for LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) carrier cryogenic insulating systems. U801 is recommended for PU foam reinforcement in replacement of wood structure, in housing and recreational vehicle applications.

NEDEX insulating glass secondary sealant KU-83 is a 2-component, solvent-free adhesive/sealant with SH-bonding ends (polysulfite). The rheological properties of the product make it suitable for manual and robot processing. KU-83 adheres to glass, aluminium, galvanized steel and stainless steel without the use of primer.
