Universal thread adapter for nearly all drums and other containers with opening of 48–75 mm in diameter, regardless of the respective thread. The thread adapter can be mounted quickly and easily with clamping screws and can be used for different container openings. With G2" connector thread for Bürkle drum screw connections and pumps with immersion tube diameter up to 32 mm. The container connectors make decanting even easier and safer with their more secure connection to barrels. The connectors secure the pump in the barrel, enable a vertical position change and allow the required air exchange.

Our assortment of threaded screw fittings ranges from connectors, double threaded nipples, counter nuts and bushings to reducing nipples, pipe double nipples, hose sleeves and pivoting bushings and up to bulkhead fittings, union nuts, extension pieces, end caps and locking screws. We also offer various fittings made of steel and malleable cast iron as well as assortment boxes with a chosen selection of screw fittings.

Stainless steel barrel screw joint with a R 2" steel fine outer thread for tubes dia. 32 mm.

With the thread adapter made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (304) a pump, a drain cock or any other connection with thread G 2" (Whitworth pipe thread) can be screwed onto a container with G 1 1/2" thread. The thread adapter adapts and thus compensates for different thread shapes. The drum adapter ensures that decanting is liquid-tight; a seal made of ePTFE reliably seals the connection. The thread adapter made of stainless steel is electrically conductive and highly chemically resistant. It can therefore be used for filling solvents and other flammable liquids (e.g. alcohols, petrol, diesel etc.) as well as for weak alkalis and acids.

Special consumables for workshop and box for all common applications

Magnetic system with stainless steel body and strong neodymium magnet core. This series have a deeper magnetic force than the classic flat pot systems. Two milled surfaces on the perimeter allow to fix the system with a tool. The holding surface is over molded with a hard type of rubber (TPE) and protects the magnet from strikes. At the same time the rubber effects a noise absorption.

The above mentioned flat pot magnets are manufactured from standard parts according to DIN EN ISO 4026-45H. Dimensions and tolerances depend on the current status of the standard. The threaded pins with hexagon socket have a universal thread and are available with different lengths corresponding to fixed standards. By this simplified production method they are quite economical resp. there is a cost benefit compared with the turned special parts. Moreover, through the universal thread, they benefit from a continuously adjustable magnetic attachment point.

Wide-necked canister with extremely wide filling opening (88 mm), easy to clean on the inside, which is particularly important when storing sensitive substances. Carrying handles and screw lid guarantee safe and convenient transport. The wide-necked canister can also be used as a settling canister. Via a threaded connector just above the base, a spigot or other accessories with an inner thread of 3/4" can be attached.
