Technical information The AM 02 C (“Compact“) is an electropneumatic, modular stripper-crimper for rapid and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules with cross sections from 0.14 – 0.34 mm2 (AWG 26 – 22) and the AM 02.1 C is for uninsulated Z+F ferrules with cross sections from 0.14 – 0,75 mm2 (AWG 26 – 18). Technical information The Crimper-LS is an electropneumatic and flexible benchtop crimper for loose insulated Z+F ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 – 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) and crimping length from 6 – 12 mm. Additional tool kits are available optional for 0.34/4 mm² (AWG 22/12). The machine is characterized through a short cycle time and an easy tool change. A stripped wire can be fed in the ferrule directly. The crimping process is started by a footswitch.

Adjustment and programming is done with the touch display. The touch display shows all important data, functions and status. The machine may be adapted to different contacts and wires using the corresponding tools. Technical information The stripper-crimper AM 03 universal is an electropnaumatic driven machine for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. The contacts are automatically fed by a feeding bowl. In the range of 0,14 up to 2,5mm2 (AWG 26-14) wires and contacts can be crimped. Standard is a 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to MIL 22520/1-01. The adjustment of the stripping and crimping-depth is motoric. Different values for 50 programs can be stored. Adjustment and programming is done with the touch display. The touch display shows all important data, functions and errors. The machine can also be converted for different conatcts by using specific tool kits. All tools are easily replacable. The stripper-crimper AM 05 is an electropneumatic driven machine for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. The AM 05 has a special selective feeding unit, through sensors and actuators the right placement of the contacts for further processing in the machine is guaranteed. The adjustment of the stripping- and crimping depth is motorical. Up to 50 different programs can be stored. Adjustments and programming is done with the touch Display. The touch Display Shows all important data, functions and errors. The stripper-crimper may be adapted to different contacts or wires using the corresponding tools. Technical Information The pneumatic driven crimper is specifically desig­ned to crimp loose turned contacts. In the range of 0.08 up to 4 mm2 (AWG 28 – 12) wires and contacts can be crimped. A 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to SAE 22520 is standard. The crimping-depth can be adjusted manually in 10 µm steps. The machine is equipped with standard crimping tool kit, the crimper can be easily adapted to various contacts. Brackets for optimized infeed and centering of the wire are optionally available. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

Technical information The UNIC-GV is an electropneumatic benchtop stripper-crimper, which allows the processing of five ferrules on reel with different cross sections. Ferrules on reel in the range from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with crimping lengths of 8 mm or 10 mm can be processed with no down time. The user simply chooses the cross-section on a touch display. Ferrules on reel for multi standard conductors can also be processed.

This machine allows a quick and reliable processing of Z+F ferrules on reel in the range of 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) without changing the tools. UNIC-G and UNIC-GS are now available with a fivefold infeed, which allows an even more efficient wire processing. Multi standard ferrules on reel can be used universally.
