Technical information The AM 04 is an electropneumatically driven, modular stripper crimper for the efficient processing of loose, insulated Z+F ferrules. The stripper crimper can be converted using appropriate set-up parts for wire end ferrules with cross sections from 4mm2 to 10 mm2 (AWG 12 - 8) and crimping lengths from 8mm to 18mm. Specification For defining required tools the correct specification of the processed ferrules as well as the processed wires are needed.

The stripper-crimper may be adapted by using the corresponding tools for ferrules with cross-sections from 4mm2 to 10mm2 (AWG 12-8) and crimping lengths from 8mm to 18mm. Specification For exact definition of the requierd tools, the correct specification of the processed ferrules as well as the processed wires are needed. Option: Quadrocrimp-tool The stripper-crimper can be equipped with a quadrocrimp-tool, which creates a 4-side quadratic crimp.

Technical information The Crimper-LS is an electropneumatic and flexible benchtop crimper for loose insulated Z+F ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 – 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) and crimping length from 6 – 12 mm. Additional tool kits are available optional for 0.34/4 mm² (AWG 22/12). The machine is characterized through a short cycle time and an easy tool change. A stripped wire can be fed in the ferrule directly. The crimping process is started by a footswitch.

Technical information The UNIC-L is an electropneumatic driven stripper-crimper. It allows quick and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules for cross-sections from 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) with a crimping length of 8 mm. Insulated Z+F ferrules for tri-rated wires (special size “S“) can also be processed.
